Even privately - away from Aarti, she felt nothing for Aarti’s condition and it showed. Didn’t expect such nastiness from Sana. Ab she was fooling me pehle, or she simply will do whatever in her zeal to gain points with Shukla - is anyone’s guess.

This. This remark was what was offensive.

This. Exactly why I had more problems with Sana because I expected better from her. Even her fans have to acknowledge the fact that Sana never showed this much lack of empathy ever before on the show and it looked really vile that comment coming from her!

Thank you. I say this with gratitude, and this is what is lacking in bbh. Empathy.

As for anxiety and autsim, my little is super hero, and its dealing with autism which made me recognize and acknowledge my anxiety. And knowing your demons helps you fight!

My honest pleasure and privilege, to know about the brave journey your taking on account of your little super hero. Extremely well done. 🤗

My best wishes

I totally agree regarding empathy.

Threads like these are the reason I love coming to this forum. Jo chizze real life me log interest se discuss nahi karte woh yaha discuss kar sakte he.

An abundance of insight here. Thank you TM for noticing and making this topic.

Human factor naam ki bhi cheez hoti he. Which was quite obviously missing from several housemates yesterday. Very sad.

Sher was too good 👌

I am an avid bb fan and have been a regular (only reading) forum person since kast few years. Finally this year i had the courage to write something, only because i was finally able to accept my own issues and i could definitely relate to arti last night.

Really Sorry, don’t mean to be rude, but I’m impatient and cannot read such long posts, but panic attacks is a problem in the mind of the person, they are worrying about something which is non existent and not happened at all.

Mindfulness helps overcome the problem and Aarti should have been aware of it.

Not necessarily.

It can happen due to imbalance of different fluids in brain...that can be chronic or acquired.Only few people can overcome it.

You've explained it so well. All the important points are covered. Am copy pasting what I'd posted on DDT yesterday.

Regarding panic attacks : Panic attacks are an acute episode of anxiety. Not related to depression. That's a different disorder. Triggers or situations may cause a person to hyperventilate and breathe too fast making them believe that they're not getting enough air. There's a crushing feeling in the chest sometimes associated with an impending sense of doom. Also, in rare cases muscle spasms.

Tip : Rebreathing in a bag helps. Do not crowd the person. Leave sufficient space and don't let your panic add to the person's.

Behavioral therapy is the treatment of choice in such cases. If that doesn't help, they add on drugs.
