Exactly.

No 2 crores and no weekly remuneration is worth this. Game and empathy should not be confused with. I hope shukla ji and associates get that

But Sana despite her zillion flaws always kind of seemed empathetic to me. Her total vileness about arti’s condition was a shocker for me! Especially given she too was kind of depressed when Himanshi came in and everybody tried really hard to please her! She could have been there for Arti In her moment of crisis.

I dunno why I wasn’t shocked. Maybe it’s because we’re seeing so many bitchy/nasty scenes from her of late. First when she involved herself into that Shukla-Rashmi fight, then when she was referring to Rashmi as a nobody in bully mode and yesterday, after Shefali nominated her, she stared at Shefali in this really bitchy way, which I found quite ugly.

Yeah maybe but this ugly side of Sana- I still expected that she would have same basic empathy and not be this apathetic. They say couples imbibe each other so maybe she’s learning from Shukla how to be this Low on EQ.

Sure, sorry don’t know your name, despite knowing your id, I certainly will.

I’m not a psychiatrist and won’t boast I know all about it, but certainly, I know more than what a Layman would know. It’s the trigger that causes the somatic manifestations of anxiety. And I deal with people with it daily and calming them just asking them to focus on their breathing, helps terminate the attack by activating your inbuilt systems that help relax.

Hi I’m Veera.

I explained anxiety to you in the way i experience it. I’ve had depression and anxiety for years now. I don’t get panic attacks much anymore but yes the breathing deep breathing helps( that’s exactly what Shefali was trying yesterday with Arti) but it doesn’t fix it. Plus the depression a panic attack leaves you with after is even worse. Anyway great job that you help people deal with problems like these.

Thankyou for atleast acknowledging that Sana had a panic attack- a neurotic breakdown of sorts. Hardly anybody does that here and frames it as nautanki, drama and more. And people expect breakdowns to follow some rigid robotic stereotype, when it can vary from person to person.

What makes this situation tough for Sana to emotionally empathize is that she is aware the victim here has issues with her and her attitude. And with Sid’s attitude too, irrespective of whether they are right or not. Sana going to her would only aggravate or suppress it and Sid going to her would give her wrong signals and just make her further emotionally dependent. Few therapists in this situation would advice either Sana or Sid to attend to Aarti under said circumstances, especially given the context of the earlier conversations he had had with her.

What you are saying might be right, but definitely both Sid and Sana didn't think on these lines. They were plain insensitive and inconsiderate. I am sure you won't deny that.

rashmi ke dresses borrow karti hai, usse taunt karti hai.

take help of aarti and mocks her.

mahira and paras ko ATM ki tarah use karti hai. jab chahe jao, use karo and kick them again and again.

Being recently diagnosed with Anxiety Disorder, here are a few things I learned

1. You may seem confident. So much that you yourself don't realize how much strength it takes to fake being confident

2. You do things even when your whole mind and body literally pŕotests against doing it. And that shows, like restless legs, playing with hair, chewing lips, blabbering, and these are the only visible outward signs

3. Inwardly an anxious person keeps thinking, overthinking, palpitations, a sense of disappearing, fear, etc keep manifesting

4. Many anxious people, including me, form bonds and become quite dependent on those around us, a blind loyalty. It's our own doing. Our shortfall. Because we expect way too much in return but can never voice it out. The pressure keeps on building.

5. While we can stew with big things, small things break us.

6. "Unhygienic" conditions are part of depression and anxiety too.

Now we have seen 2 panic attacks in the house.

One panic attack happened a few weeks back when an unwanted life-altering stinking controversy physically walked in the BBH with himanshi. And sana broke down. I have a son who is autistic and keeps having meltdowns. What can experienced was a full-blown meltdown. She was loved, adored, given attention and she saw all that crumbling with himanshis entrance. She had people surrounding her. Aarti, sid, paras, bhau, arhan, and aarti. Everyone was there and pledged their allegiance to her. They didn't even know what the story is. Yet the all stood by her. they didn't know what a meltdown is. They stood by her.

Another meltdown and panic attack happened yesterday. Whatever the reason may be. It did. It may not have been as huge as a stinking controversy but it was huge for the one suffering. The person who suffered has always been anxious. There have bee huge glaring signs.

1. Physical manifestations of anxiety - restless, shaking, jaw movements, rocking the upper body while sitting

2. Not able to articulate her feelings as emotions take over.

3. Dependent on her object if affection to return the feelings.

4. Having too many expectations from people around her

5. A burning need to please those for whom she cares

And she broke down yesterday. The difference this time that her panic attack didn't include pouting lips and tiny pudgy fists rubbing eyes or wailings. And another difference is people not realizing. These showbiz people undermining mental illness. For them, a mental condition is way below their personal equations. The things said by the few people about the panic attacks were offensive. Especially the taunts by someone who has already faced such a breakdown in the house once was bitter.

Now should arti leave? No. She shouldn't. Because it must have taken a huge strength to come here. To survive, to be ignored, pushed away and humiliated, yet to stand by what she thinks is right, takes bravery. I am not her fan, I find ger annoying. Yet I relate to her. And I am aghast that people taunted her panic attack in bbh.

Ye Naye Mizaaj Ka Shehar Hai Zara Faasle Se Mila Karo.

Firstly apologies, using a phone doesn’t help reading a long post. Having read the entire post, I really am sorry to know about what you have faced and also your little one.

Thank you. I say this with gratitude, and this is what is lacking in bbh. Empathy.

As for anxiety and autsim, my little is super hero, and its dealing with autism which made me recognize and acknowledge my anxiety. And knowing your demons helps you fight!

Shukla se there’s zero expectation - he’s just nasty - period. But Sana I thought had empathy - truly. She didn’t wanna go to Aarti - mat jao, despite the fact that Aarti supported her when she had her meltdown. But to make a comment like “tumhaari maasi ki ladki hain kya?”. Even privately - away from Aarti, she felt nothing for Aarti’s condition and it showed. Didn’t expect such nastiness from Sana. Ab she was fooling me pehle, or she simply will do whatever in her zeal to gain points with Shukla - is anyone’s guess.
