Task or punishment?

Bhubi bhabhi, while trying to defend Pati parmeshwor Sree Maharaj, said that his hubby has done Bartan dhona task. My pea sized brain is having trouble to comprehend if that Bartan dhona thing was task or punishment. I ll appreciate if some sheds light on it , and enlighten me.

Bhabhi Jee might be implying that Bartan dhona thing is for low class people only, and it's a big deal for someone like Sree to do that.

Bhabhiji by hearts all fan theories and justifications whenever she comes. Be it Casanova word, spitting incident or this bartan dhona. She even said Surbhi ki wicket lene Sree ko bahut low level pe jana padega. Why do I strongly dislike this woman?
