Would've said all the swears I knew/might have touched on cricket if I couldn't control myself but I wouldn't have said that comment - that sort of thing is an odd reference to make.
And then after a while just ignore, completely disregard her/his existence. Because that is most zen and healthy then engaging with her/him.
I don't know how many people would make that type of comment. Because you have to first have to experience that kind of thing and have that floating somewhere in your subconscious.
I wouldn't shame her that way - she has given us plenty of other material to work with
