Why hasn't Sreesanth been evicted yet?

Day in day out this guy has been threatening to physically assault others. Isn't that against the rules? Are they waiting till he hits someone? Not to mention all the verbal abuse, and calling others "do kodi ke" despite being a mediocre, disgraced cricketer himself.

Got to give it to Rohit though for turning it into a funny situation. Most people would've handled it a lot differently.

He's BB's laadla. BB will always keep him safe.
He can slap Rohit, and still won't be evicted.
So much bias and favouritism for him.

He said while washing vessels he is reminded of his Tihar days.I think he likes those days and wants to repeat it.He frequently threatens and says "baahar hota tho..".
He shows no signs of regret or reform.

No it is not against the rule. According to BB rule one can not beat anyone in the house, there is no where said that if a person says so, he'll be eliminated, it said if someone do so he'll be eliminated. He hasn't beaten anyone in the house.
Firstly, his abuses have nothing to do with him being a cricketer, and If that is the case then everyone should be eliminated because as fas as I know except Deepika, everyone has abused in the house.

It was all Ovrr his face !

Kv Man U were so likable but now ur group looks nothing short of gang of bullies ,
Mocking and poking other strong contestants ..!

Kv is surely not going to be in the top 5 !

Under IPC 504 and IPC 506, what Sreesanth has been doing is illegal. So I am certain it is against the rules of the house.

I didn't say that Sreesanth should be evicted for abusing others. I was just pointing out the hypocrisy.

Who wouldn't be affected if a guy who is packed with steroids, has been to jail, and is unstable threatens to hit you? He still handled it maturely.

That is the opposite of what is happening. Sreesanth, Megha, etc are the ones bullying, threatening, and assaulting others. Not the other way around. And Dipika and Jasleen go around defending them.

IPC 504: Intentional insult with intent to provoke breach of the peace.Whoever intentionally insults, and thereby gives provocation to any person, intending or knowing it to be likely that such provocation will cause him to break the public peace, or to commit any other offence, shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to two years, or with fine, or with both.
Like other housemates have not intentionally insulted anyone else in the house with intend to provoke him/her.
IPC 506: Punishment for criminal intimidation.Whoever commits, the offence of criminal intimidation shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to two years, or with fine, or with both; If threat be to cause death or grievous hurt, etc.And if the threat be to cause death or grievous hurt, or to cause the destruction of any property by fire, or to cause an offence punishable with death or 1[imprisonment for life], or with imprisonment for a term which may extend to seven years, or to impute, unchastity to a woman, shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to seven years, or with fine, or with both.
The housemates are anything but intimated by Sreesanth. If they were they wouldn't have poked Sree like they do almost all the time, and they wouldn't have come and stood in front of Sree saying "Maar mujhe, Maar na... Maar... Main tere saamne hoon ab.. Maar"

Sreesanth is not an angel, he is flawed and yes unlikable at times but let us not bring Legal things here. Because you may not understand right now, it is not a small thing.

Strange enough, despite of Shree being targeted and becoming the victim of his own incapability to control his anger and emotions, he attracts the same group of bullies to come back to him and chill with him. The guy has got a strong aura. People want to be in his presence, mostly. They want to talk to him. Hear his stories. But then the game needs to be played and unfortunately poking and politics are a part of this. He can't always handle that. It is his handicap.

Shree has been nominated and been saved from nominations. The same person who is one of the master pokers has saved him this week.
Why has he been safed so far?Except for showcasing his anger he must be doing something good in the house which is not being shown to us )

Bigg Boss wants him in the house, and his many fans want him there.
Maybe after yesterday's abusive language that will change.. Who knows...?

Lol so conclusion = even repeatedly threatening violence (a single instance of which in the past has gotten contestants bashed to kingdom come on the weekend) is all good, because it's Sreesanth doing it. The nastiest bully in the house is apparently being bullied into behavior that is clearly his regular staple.

Different rules and all - otherwise, an absuive non-performer who regular abuses others and goes on their families, threatens, and disrespects BB and his workers, would at the least be rinsed on the weekend, if not punished and/or evicted. But it's different for the favourites - always is.
