I think yes because he looks fed up of his mahaanta jokes, and former friends-Sree and Deepika. If he can openly give advice to Rohit he could've done it too.

He dont like play dirty especially from front, so i dont think KV kabhi esa karta bhi . He played smart , basically he implemented whatever he was planning with shristy , rohit and himself to act together and sway tasks in their favor
