Not sure if you have been to courts especially HC's, there are interruptions and cross questioning of epic proportions, one has to make a case within 2 minutes to invoke interest of judge, being a lawyer he failed miserably , none of these explanations account for his failure or maybe he isn't a practicing lawyer at all.

Romil's most of footage comes mostly from Shree and then Dipika...

Jab Dipika ne Shree ko nominate kiya.. sab se jaadha wkend pe Romil ne argue kiya Salman ke saamne. Even Shree ne Dipika ko itna question nahi kiya.

Then Shree ko mimic karna, uska razor charger lena, usko baar baar insult karna.. ye sab Romil ke tactics hai to get footage using Shree. because he know ki Shree will react and Shree popular hai.

Romil is definitely overrated.

what is more bothering is.. Romil's subtle behavior jo sab ignore kar rahe hai.

How come when Neha or Dipika Romil se uncomfortable hua.. why Salman not question Romil?

Jab Jasleen ko Shiv se link-up kar raha tha.. why forum mein koi woman ka respect baath nahi utaya?

Just because Romil is a commoner, it by no means makes him a saint and in the same breath just because Dipika/Sree are celebs that by default doesn't make them wrong.

BB11 was such a hit that you see the makers constantly trying to replicate aspects of it by manipulating situations and giving cues to contestants. Be it desperately gunning for a rivalry (Dipika vs Jasleen, Dipika vs Neha etc.), toying with the idea of a new Hina Khan through Dipika for a while back there, or having your "mastermind" a la Vikas Gupta.

Which is dumb. This isn't a movie where you can apply the same formula over and over again. These are people with their own personalities and you cannot fit them into a mould without it seeming awkward as hell.

Case in point, Romil. He's intelligent, has a good enough read on everyone's game overall, and seems to be able to get his point across well- with the akhada being a glaring exception. He has a lot of qualities that makes him a smart player but a mastermind he is not. He has not influenced the game in a major way overall. He has not been able to manipulate people or tasks in a way that benefits him. He hasn't been able to "expose" anyone's strategy all that much either. Basically, he's not pulling the strings of anything, really.

And that is the problem with this tag. I do think that he's a good player and will be strong competition for the other contestants.but the moment you give him a tag as heavy as this, my first instinct is to contradict it and point out his flaws. It's more damaging than favourable if you ask me, cuz all it makes me focus on is how undeserving he is of that tag despite agreeing that he is playing well. It leaves me unimpressed.

If that even makes any sense. 😆

So no I have no such preconceived notions that a celeb is more deserving or smarter than a commoner. I in fact don't but this whole celeb commoner differentiation. Yes celebs come with a fanbase, but even in all celeb seasons, there were always some celebs way ahead in popularity than others. Many form fanbase during their stint in BB. Another thing is BB itself tilts the scales in favor of the commoners at the beginning of the season as evident in this season too.

And dat's Y IMO they should bring all wannabe celebs only, so that all start from the same footing. But then again BB don't want to risk it, as d celebs bring in d audience.

Well not comparing but its true that the only one to understand the tasks was Vikas. Rest were simply being selfish or following the crowd. One was least bothered in tasks unless it was crucial to be present there😆 Amongst all those present at least on man had the intelligence to THINK. 👏. On the tag well, it wasnt exactly suited for it & they wanted to convey someone who could strategy and think of moves and outcome. But could be due to poor vocabulary they chose this word 😆😆. Vikas wasnt controlling the show so he cant be the mastermind. That is surely Colors and Endemol team.

But they made popat of him that despite the torture and tag, he was not made to win😆😆

So why any grudge against him?

Celebrities have come in previous seasons too but this time they are at their snobbish best.

On fans well, I would say Celebrities bhi kabhi commoners the!! So they better not sit on their high horses.

I differ on BB tilt, if you notice BB has overlooked violence by Dipika, Sree and supports Anupji. Only Dipika does tasks but not other two.

Basically, when you give that title of mastermind to someone, they aren't actually mastermind. I don't doubt for a second that Vikas was over hyped. He was no mastermind. If he was mastermind.. he would've made to top 2 at least...

If compared to Sree or Kv or Deepak, Romil is actually a likable contestant. He respects women, talks calmly even when in fight or after being abused and also he takes care of his group members better than snobby Sree does. He is polite and doesn't bad mouth anyone behind their backs as much as others do. Also he apologises quickly to anyone.

Sree always makes false promises and claims. He said he will not let Deepika go to jail, he will go to torture room for Jasleen and then he promised he will make Shiv the captain but he did not put any effort in task itself let alone tried to help Shiv. It was Romil and Deepak who gave Shiv the carrots.

Romil everytime puts efforts to make someone captain and tries to play the game. It's usually his doing which pushes the celebrities to quit the game in between like spoilsports.

And the way Sree and Dipika is so irritated by him shows he is doing something worthy.

Overrated? No. Not at all. Celebrities like Dipika and KV are most overrated.

Overhyped, a tad a little when it comes to the mastermind tag.

He hasn't changed the game or a task with a stroke of a brush, metaphorically speaking. However this is not his fault as he can not control the acts of people and fans alike.

It's funny though that some people act like that most overrated Vikas as the mastermind of the season last season when he wasn't at all. People who call themselves as mastermind constantly is not what masterminds do/act.

Deepak has shown more mastermind capabilities than Romil has when it comes to strategies related to tasks as game changer, but doesn't have nearly the level of intelligence and understanding of people that Romil provides.

Romil is the best male contestant right now. Self composed, sorted, good natured, classy, well behaved and intelligent. He knows the game well. He also can stand up for himself, not afraid of anyone, and doesn't give a shit about attention seekers like Sree do. He also respects people. Especially women unlike Sree.
