First of all I admit that Dipika was aggressive in the task.
Imo rubbing one's face harshly with foam or shampoo is less harmful than applying garlic or a paste made of red chilli powder,black pepper,lemon juice etc. on one's ears,face etc.
You said that on day 1 jodis didn't touch celebs(pg-7)-
Deepak applied that paste on Neha's entire face with his hands.Then khan sisters attacked Neha with wheat,powder etc.They tried to snatch the ring from her and when Kriti opposed they tried pulling Neha's hand forcefully so that she couldn't cover her face.
During Srishty's task sisters and Romil used their hands to rub that dangerous paste and other things on her face.
Romil rubbed a handful of garlic on KVB's right ear and cheek afterwards.
Now when Somi was on chair Dipika rubbed her cheeks with foam and applied shampoo on her head.Somi was clearly covering the sensitive parts like eyes,nose and lips with her hand.She didn't let Dipika go beyond her right cheek and chin area.She didn't give up because she couldn't breathe due to Dipika's torture.When Neha blew powder on her face-she started to choke and gave up.
Same thing happened with Jasleen.She tightly covered her face with her hand so Dipika only ended up rubbing some part of cheek.
Kriti said celebs can't cover their face but allowed jodis to do the same.
Now Somi and Jas are clever.They knew Saba already created a ruckus and portrayed Dipika as some ghatiya daayan.So they stood up and put all the blame on Dipika that her rubbing their face didn't let them breathe.Actually they almost choked due to powder and quit.
Also knowing Somi's nature,she would have created a hungama had Dipika crossed the limits.But she didn't.
What Romil-Nirmal did to Dipika was violence.Romil said he won't attack Neha as she is woman.Then started throwing water on Dipika's face with full force for a min or so.The way Nirmal was throwing water it looked like he was torturing some criminal.They didn't touch her but it must have felt like someone slapping her hard from both sides continuously.
No point comparing sisters actions with Dipika's because Dipika wasn't tortured by sisters that much.(refering some replies on this thread)Mostly it was Romil-Nirmal.However I feel as sisters and other jodi members rubbed red chilli powder,garlic,black pepper,waste,wheat,egg,lemon juice,oranges,powder,shampoo etc.-they are more at fault than celebs who only used foam,powder,water.
