Hello all! π€
Been SO long since i posted a Topic at the BB Forum! π
So i was free in the afternoon and was channel surfing when i caught Bhaskar Bharti going on. Obviously excited me, watched it. I've been missing ALL of the repeats that comes on in the afternoon everyday but TODAY FINALLY i managed to catch one. π
It was that one specific episode that left us totally clueless with what was going on. π Am sure when we watched the episode at that point of time many of us had these questions running in our head : "Is this happening for REAL? I mean WHY would Armaan go out on a date with Payal? And WHY would he propose to her AND on top of that how come Armaan and Bharti's wedding is taking place? WAIT was that GEETA??".....πππ
Well that was my exact reactions when i watched it for the first time. Though yea eventually we figured this must be all a dream or us just hallucinating?? πππ
Yeap! You got it RIGHT! π It was that "How cheap yaar! CHEAP people! CHEAP CHEAAAPPP" episodeπ€£π€£π€£ LOVED Armaan's expressions there! π€£The total FLIMYYYY dramatic BB episode π€£
So even though the episode had no links to the previous episode whatsoever, i felt it was one of the best from Bhaskar Bharti! It was that One hour special of BB that had KK challenging Bharti to marry Armaan to get back to being Bhaskar. And i laughed as much as i laughed when i first saw it. Really the magic is still there! Bharti, Payal, Armaan, Bhaskar, Gyaan, Vineeta, AJ, Sunny......EVERYBODY just watching them again on my TV screen felt so good! BB really had a GREAT ensemble cast, filled with actors of great calibre!
Hightlights of the episode
I've never really been a fan of Bhaskar and KK's convos. Maybe it's because i just can't stand KK as a character. π€£ He was always SO WHINY, long-winded AND he ALWAYS made life even more miserable than it already was for Bharti, i mean Bhaskar ...err u get the pict. π BUT what fascinated me was KK's attire... π€£π€£
The last scene, check out that sliver jewellery around the neck that he was spotted with. π€£That's all for the KK highlight i guess..since he was my least favourite character in the show π€£π€£
ANYWAYS my fave part was the WHOLE restuarant fiasco that took place.
-Armaan complimenting Payal out of nowhere and playing the instument for Payal. Giving her flowers AND proposing to her π€£π€£ That too in the most cliched way of putting the ring in the drink and that was supposedly Bhaskar's No. god knows what formula for attracting a girl π€£π€£ Armaan and Payal did look good together BTW. π Payal is gorgeous, loved the way she gave the girly laugh when Armaan asked her out for dinnerπ€£π€£ It was so weird yet cute π€£
-Bharti forcing Gyaan to follow her to the restuarant --- No Baby! Come Baby! π€£π€£
Gyaan was HILARIOUSSSSSSSSSSSSS! He is THE cutest character in the show!π€£π€£ He helped Bharti ONLY to have gotten a tight slap from Payal in the end. Well served him right, who asked him to add on by saying: Payal what will happen to our baby that you're carrying?? π€£π€£π€£
-Bharti and Gyaan at IT in the restuarant π€£π€£
Bharti : STOP IT GYAAN!
Gyaan : ARGHHHH CHODO MUJHE!!
The ever famous Armaan dialogue
Armaan : Kasie log hai yaar. How cheap! Am sorry Payal!
Payal : It's okay Armaan
Armaan: Cheap! Cheap People! CHEAAAAAAAAAP!
π€£π€£π€£
-Bharti hiding under the table post Gyaan slap scene. Gyaan confesses saying his friend told him to to that. Armaan asking "who's your friend?" Gyaan being so silly goes pointing there ....π€£ but Bharti was already hiding under the table π€£
Armaan : So yeh tables tumhara dost hai?
π€£π€£
-Bharti slowly coming out of the table only peeping with her eyes. π€£
- MELODRAMTIC Moment
Bharti wanting to commit suicide. Writes a death note. Takes her fake zeher.
Goes "Jia meri bacha! Thank god i get to see u before i die"
Dramatic fall on the bed, turns away from Armaan. Payal feels bad, apologies, takes it her ring. Best of all, Armaan tells Bharti "Bharti i didn't know u love me so much that u'll drink a bottle of poison for me"
π€£π€£π€£
-Armaan wanted to hug Bharti. Bharti goes " Shaadi ke baat?" Armaan goes "OKAY!" and very proudly touches her cheeks with his two hands π€£
- AJ's Balle Balle shava shava Bhangra
- Armaan "Sir just ek CHOTA SA change hai!"
AJ : Kya? Menu ya venue?
Armaan : Nahi sir, BRIDE change
π€£π€£π€£
-Vineeta n Gyaan sneeking behind Bharti's cabin only to get caught by Bharti when the door flies open n Gyaan falls in π€£
-Aaj meri yaar ki shaadi hai : Dance perf by Bhaskar N Bharti π€£
-Armaan stopping the marriage at the mandap. He'll be going round the fire n says "Bharti i'm not marrying you" Bharti " This filmy dialogue is supposed to be said by the third person in a wedding, not by the groom okay!" π€£
-----------------------
Anyways am sure there were more moments that were funny, dialogues etc. But though everything seemed to have gone haywire n meaningless in the episode...there was one specifc point or should i say learning lesson for Bharti or Bhaskar.
When Payal said she'll end her life if Bharti marries Armaan, the Bhaskar in Bharti was all for going ahead with the wedding still DESPITE Payal's suicide warning. BUT the Bharti in Bhaskar was having second thoughts on her act because at the end of the day, Payal, her best friend's life is at stake.
Bharti tells Bhaskar "Mard!" with a disgusted look. Indicating he has no feelings and only cares for himself while Bharti for once, was thinking of others apart from herself.
Then Bhaskar ends of saying to Bharti "Hah! Aurat!" indicating that women are weak creatures when it comes to emotions. They, Bharti in this case, having succumbed to it.
This didn't occur to me last time when i watched the episode, but now when i watched it again on TV, i was surprised that with just ONE line it actually said so much! Maybe am looking too deep into it. πππ BUT eitherways, i'll say this episode, though it seemed all humour filled, it did sent out a message to Bhaskar on his path to improving himself AND it'll remain as ONE of my ABSOLUTE favourite! π
Woopsie looks like i wrote loads..πππ
Just feeling nostalgic having watched an episode after SOOOOOOOO long. It was REALLY a good show! Too bad it ended at a bad note . π
Anyways it's best to remember the GOOD old episodes and this was deffo one of it! π
