Bharti: "Well... I'm not sleepy anymore..."

Armaan just looked down at her and was smiling. Bharti smiled back at him, but started getting a little uncomfortable. Armaan was just gazing at her and smiling and this made Bharti blush.

Bharti: "Armaan...Jiya's forms.."

Armaan suddenly came back to reality and loosened his grip on her, before taking a step backwards.

Armaan: "Oh yes...the coffee?"

Bharti: "Um, I'll make it."

Armaan went to sit at the table and looked at the forms, but he couldn't concentrate. His mind kept on replaying the moment that had just happened. He couldn't believe that they had kissed, well more than anything, he was surprised that Bharti had responded to the kiss and kissed him back. Before this Bharti had always kept herself distant from him and he wondered what had changed. How he wished he could know what was going through Bharti's mind, what she was feeling...

On the other hand, Bharti made the coffee and while she was stirring she got lost in her thoughts. She didn't know what just happened. She didn't feel like herself, well she didn't feel like Bhaskar. So who was she right now? Bharti? All she knew is that she didn't mind what just happened.

Armaan: "Bharti?"

Armaan had come back to the kitchen and was standing next to her watching her intently.

Bharti: "Huh? Oh here's the coffee..."

Armaan and Bharti had their coffee and completed the forms. When Bharti was filling in the forms, Armaan couldn't help but just watch her. She really was beautiful. Bharti looked up at him and caught him watching her. She raised her eyebrows at him and he just shook his head.

Bharti: "You should probably get some sleep, you've got to drop Jiya at school early in the morning"

Both of them got ready for bed and Bharti fell asleep quickly. It took Armaan a while to fall asleep, as he was still thinking about how things had suddenly changed between him and Bharti. He wondered what the future held in store for them. All of these thoughts swirled around in his mind before he finally fell asleep.

The next morning Bharti awoke to a beautiful sunny morning. She stretched in bed and woke up with a smile. She hadn't slept that well in a while. The clock said that it was 9 am. Now that's more like it she thought to herself. The house was still, so she knew she was alone. Bharti looked over to Armaan's side of the bed and found a note on his pillow. It read:

Good morning Beautiful

Hope you slept well. I'm going to leave Jiya at school and then stop by MU to see if anything important is going on. I'll come pick you up around midday. Breakfast is in the kitchen.

Armaan

Bharti smiled upon reading the note and went to freshen up a bit. After brushing her teeth she got herself a cup of coffee, which made her smile as she remembered all that happened the previous night. She made her way to the balcony and was enjoying the warm sun rays on her face while sipping her coffee. All of a sudden the mug was not there when she raised it to her lips. She opened her eyes and looked around and that's when she saw him...

Bharti: "Aaargh KK!? What are you doing here?"

KK: "Bhaskar, where are your manners?"

Bharti: "Oh I'm sorry. Hello KK, how are you? How's the family? Would you like a cup of tea?!"

KK: "All that sarcasm...I thought you would be glad to see me..."

Bharti: "Have I ever been glad to see you? I was having such a good morning and then you had to show up."

KK: " Oh come on Bhaskar, now my feelings are hurt."

Bharti: "Then why are you smiling."

KK:(smiling wider) "It's a beautiful day"

Bharti: "Yeah, it was..So what's going to happen now, what is the new problem going to be or are you just going to let me find out myself?"

KK: "Why are you always so negative Bhaskar? I just dropped by to see how things are going."

Bharti(raising eyebrows): "Well, ever since you changed me from a man to a woman and then made me face problem upon problem after that, I tend to expect the worst from you."

KK:(laughing) "Well, it's all the result of your own doings..So how is married life and everything well with the husband?"

Bharti: "As if you don't know..."

KK: " You are quite fortunate to have a husband like Armaan, I can see that he loves you very much. That little angel Jiya too."

Bharti:(looking at him seriously) "KK, what's going to happen to them when this is all over?"

KK: "That's all up to you"

Bharti: "Do you ever give straight answers!?"

KK: "I don't think you need to worry about that now, you still have a long journey ahead. Bhaskar, I don't know if you know this, but it's going to take you nine months to have a baby. At the rate you're going, you're going to be a woman for years."

Bharti just got so irritated with KK that she picked up the vase on the table to throw at him. But like the mug of coffee, that too disappeared.

KK: (raising his palm to Bharti)"Shanti Bharti...""

KK turned around to go, but before leaving he turned to Bharti and smiled.

KK: "By the way, I'm going to let you find out your next problem all by yourself"

And with that he disappeared.

Bharti: (shouting at the sky)"Yes, go! Go and spoil someone else's morning."

Sulkingly Bharti went inside to shower and get ready. Her mood lifted slightly when she saw the breakfast Armaan had left for her accompanied by a single red rose. She thought to herself that she'll be fine and her day will definitely improve once she sees Armaan and goes to work. She put the trouble that KK had warned her about out of her mind. She finished up her late breakfast and went to look through some of her files. A few minutes later the doorbell rang.

Bharti: "That better not be you KK!"

She opened the door to find a young pretty looking woman. Behind her stood a stern-looking old man and an large old woman with a very irritated look on her face.

Young woman: (smiling) "Hello"

Bharti: "Hello, how can I help you?"

The large woman looked like she took offence by this for some reason.

Large woman: "You can let us in and give us something to drink. It's so hot! And then you can get our bags."

Bharti: "Excuse me? Look, what ever you're selling, I don't want to buy."

Bharti started to close the door and the young woman held the door.

Young woman: "Relax Mama. Um, is this Mr. Armaan Sinha's house."

Bharti: "Yes, it is..."

Young woman: "Um, who are you?"

Bharti:"Who are you?"

Young woman: "I'm Tamanna. Armaan is my brother. These are our parents(gesturing to the man and woman)"

Bharti looked at them in shock.

Bharti: "Um, come in."

Tamanna: "May I now ask who you are?"

Bharti: "I'm...Armaan's wife."

Armaan's mother: "What!? He remarried and he didn't even tell us!? I'm going to kill him!"

Bharti: (taken aback) "Um, just excuse me."

Bharti went to her room and closed the door.

Bharti: "KK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
