After almost 1 hour , the police jeep arrived... Armaan and Bharti rushed towards the door ... But they could only see the Inspector , his assistant and a mid-aged woman siiting behind them...Armaan and Bharti were eagerly waiting at the doorstep with hopes in their heart...As soon as the inspector got down from the jeep Armaan and Bharti rushed towards him...

Together they said: sir,woh bachi kahan hai?

Inspector :aap log kaun hain?

Bharti: sir, maine hi aapse baat ki thi us bachi ke baare mein... woh bachi kahan hain?

Inspector: ha woh bachi behosh pari thi toh humlog uske hosh aa jane ke baad usse jeep ke piche sula diya hain... aap log rukiye.. main woh bachi ko leke aata hoon...

Armaan and Bharti didn't listen to him and they went behind him... They both saw jiya lying down at the back seat and a tear of relief went down their cheeks,,,Bharti hepled the inspector to wake jiya up while Armaan saw Mohini amma and went to her...In the meantime Jiya woke up and seeing Bharti,she hugged her tight..Bharti also felt like she got her lost world in her arms....

Armaan:(in a loud voice) tumhari himmat kaise huye meri beti ko haat lagane ki ...?

Mohini amma: Toh mera shak sahi tha... tum logo ne jake police complain ki thi aur mujhe giraftar kar waya..

Armaan: (shouted)tumhare saath isse bhi bura hona chahiye tha...

Bharti and Jiya were shocked as they never saw Armaan in this way... Bharti tried pacifying him but Armaan was going on Screaming at Mohini amma... Atlast , the inspector intervened to stop them....

Mohini amma:Main tujhe,teri biwi ko aur teri bachi ko dekh lungi... is ka Baadla main le kar hi Chhodungi...

Bharti: haan haan , jail mein aur kaam hi kya hain,,, humare khilaf plan sochte rehna....

THe Inspector took her away to lock her up and told Armaan and Bharti to wait as they need to do some formalities before they can take Jiya....

After the inspector went inside Jiya ran to her Dada and jumped on him...

But I think Armaan would take Jia in his arms first and then he would go to Mohini Amma. What's your opinion about it?

Armaan: Don't cry bacha... see your dada and your Bharti aunty is with you... We will not let anything happen to you...

But Jiya was sobbing uncontrollably.. Armaan looked at Bharti for help...

Bharti: Jiya... you are a brave girl ,right? Brave girls don't cry and see ... no one can ever harm you ... i promise you that...

After Jiya stopped crying ,Bharti and Armaan went inside the Police Station(Armaan was carrying Jiya) as they needed to complete all the formalities... After completing all the formalities,they headed towards Armaan's place..

In the car, Jiya was sleeping on Armaan's lap at the back seat and Bharti was driving the car...

Armaan: Thanks Bharti... for whatever you have done for me and Jiya today...

Bharti: please yaar Armaan ,aise mat bolo... why are u being so formal with me? I love Jiya a lot... uske liye main kuch bhi kar sakti hoon...

Armaan: Nahi Bharti, mujhe laga ki tumne itna kuch kiya,toh kam se kam u deserve a'thanks' atleast...

Bharti: tum itne kanjoos kab se ho gaye ke sirf 'thanks' se kaam chala rahe ho... i thought tum mujhe atleast ek coffee treat toh de hi sakte ho...

Armaan gave a confused look at Bharti then replied,

Armaan: waise main sirf ache coffee nahi banata... mujhe acha khana banana bhi aata hai... ek baar try karna chahoge?

Bharti: Ofcourse armaan... par aaj nahi... aaj already bahut der ho chuka hain.. aur der karungi toh bauji mujhe raat bhar ghar ke bahar hi rakhenge ...

Bharti: (she was copying bauji 's voice and saying) bauji kahenge'bahu,is ghar ke izzat ka tumhe bilkul bhi parwa nahi hai' and blah blah blah...

they both started gigling...
