A small prob

I am not being able to upload mah baner?

I click on browse and choose mah banner, but then it cums , not valid or sumthing,

wen I double click on the icon,It opems wid the full psp page not only da banner

plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz
