You could keep an ice pack on the base of your neck with your head bowed down- it helps with headache
if you want at the same time you can place your feet in a tub of warm water

Am not sure if you have lavender at your home - agar hai then smell it apparently uska smell helps in reducing headache
Lavender oil mixed with olive oil se massage the head- relax ho jaate hai

You could simply do a champi too

It's celebration time in the upcoming tracks of Rajan Shahi's popular show Tere Sheher Meinwhich will bring forth some high voltage drama along with it.

According to the ongoing tracks of the show, everyone is now gearing up for the upcoming Radha Krishna Mahotsav. Now we hear that this Mahotsav has a lot more in store. Well, the Mahotsav will totally be a game changer for Amaya; while she and Rama (Rafi Malik) will start falling for each other from here, on the other hand, a major revelation will give more power to Amaya.

Our source informs us, "In the upcoming tracks of the show, there will be major twist and turns to be witnessed amid the celebrations during the Mahotsav. The Mahotsav will kick start the love journey of Rama and Amaya who are not in good terms with each other post their marriage. They will perform on the song Radha Kaise Na Jale and will start feeling for each other."

"Apart from all these, there are some major twist and turns awaits for the viewers where Amaya will get to know about the secret of Kangana (Sana Amin Sheikh) and she will now use it against Rama's mother. So, now it's time for Amaya to harass her mother in law." adds our source.
