Saanjh has some brain problem.she suffered brain stroke and has fainting spell. So maybe pregnancy can be risky for her.

Neither Maya nor Saanjh are seemingly having any brain problem!
But, the writers are indeed having one such issue with themselves, already!

Maya dying would be the most illogical ending to this show. Since it's said to be a dark romantic thriller a happy ending for anyone would be stupid and I don't feel CVS will turn this into a romantic comedy where Maya gets killed and others living happily.

APLA syndrome? But then it doesn't cause infertility, as far as I know. Saanjh will conceive,but will lose the baby if she does with APLA syndrome.

That's an interesting thought.😛...and may be Maya might somehow become the surrogate mother...through some ideas and she might want to do that as a pay off for her bandar.she will become surrogate in the hope of killing the child at 6 or 7 months...so she can seek revenge from saanjh and Arjun ...but as time passes she will have change of heart and grows attachment with the baby...and she will deliver the baby with great complications.This way everybody will forgive whatever Maya had done to them in the past.😊

After her first attempt to escape from jail -a failed attempt- some NGO managed to plead on Maya's behalf and reduce her death sentence only to life imprisonment!
For what ? That was just a reward for killing a few already & then kidnapping her husband and nearly putting his life under serious risk-just sitting in jail !!

Now, with a successful escape from Jail and two more killings added under her belt & what more, even under the nose of prison authorities- Maya deserves something much better in life!
Particularly for mixing poison in chocolate syrup to harm young kids and also causing havoc and panic among a section of society-all for just settling her personal vengeance with someone!
So, if she were to become a surrogate mother, one can be sure some other NGO will take-up her cause as well as case to get a total amnesty for Maya, and see that she gets complete relief from all prison sentences- for only one reason!
And that is -, she is a carrying mother and hence the child should not be punished for its mother's crimes!
A brilliant way to get rid of all Maya's jail terms!
A free Maya can happily deliver her baby outside the prison, in this free world- after yet another leap of 9 or 10 months, making everyone only happy!
Will some NGO oblige to help Maya and secure her freedom from law?!
It is just needed for her demon . . . er . . sorry . .."yeoman's services" to the larger society!!
