See the main issue of Beyhadh is its star cast I would say. Aneri and to some extend KT is a big let down. Aneri cannot carry power and she shrieks but if you look in EHT you dont know who is the best performer, each are in its own league. You love Sakshi vs Durga, Dayal vs Rajnath, Shaurya vs Dev. All had that power quotient. For me Bhuvnesh as Dev was the weak link of EHT, but he improved a lot in later stage and was any day far better than what Aneri is giving as Saanjh.

And watch RKC in SP. It's another power packed show with some brilliant performances and a good script where the girl doing the role of maid of the house is doing a far better job than Aneri as Saanjh.

@fernandes who made Maya apashagun. Was she born apashagun. Definetely not. Yes everyone wants to give positive vibes to Saanjh. Telling nothing will happen. Why the same rule was not used for Maya in season 1. Why did Vandana gave more weightage to Ashwin's voice than the voice of Maya who said in a press conference what she went through as a child. I would have been fine if Maya had not done that press conference. We can tell Vandana didnt knew anything about the girl's past. But she spoke and Vandana wanted to take that lie. The Pandit to whom Vandana went told Maya is Arjun's destiny, if love brings him to destruction love will bring him back from destruction, he told it specifically with respect to Maya and she wanted to take only one line. Problem is when it is Maya it is all apashagun and for Saanjh no one wants to accept anything bad about her. She is Saanjeshwari Devi. I only have problem there.

Everyone has good and bad in them and we all have power at some point of time to make someone believe in the system. It is needed for our own well being. To be able to be less judgmental. As I said there were shubh saguns for Arya wedding which was never seen or bypassed.

Also we need to understand in the balance of Vandana or those type of humans Maya is apashagun and Saanjh is Shub Shagun but not in the eyes of time or Supreme Power. It judges only based on actions. So if the humans made the apashaguns in Arya case true, time will be make the apashaguns in Saajun case true.

I am pleasantly surprised that you both know so much about customs. The way i would have looked at Maya was... she had a hard life,..she is a go-getter and believes in everything is fair in love and war.

I don't recall she saying anything like Shagun/apshagun...that is because she only trusts herself. I love her for this. Ashwin/ Samay/Jailor murder are all acceptable to me in a way. They were all criminals. The only one i really condemn is that mansi girl... but i still think there is more to that part of the story since that seemed to easy for Maya and everyone in the court just conveniently accepted it. I still do not know why Maya did not fight that case really.

Prem, was not really her fault. VM,..bad ,..but a pawn in her love war who had to go. I feel bad for Ayaan but again he was just plain stupid to instigate her.

Saanjh, i can ignore her 'almost kiss' as human and even that Holi dance assuming that she was his best friend and did not realise that she has crossed the limits but what i don't understand is that if the partner did not like it, why would you go and confront. You have to accept that the other partner/wife doesn't like it and maintain a distance after that.

Arjun, i still don't understand him...by far the most spineless character o the show. Now after loosing a child, mother and near death experience i would imagine he should have been happy to be alive and generally putting pieces together of everything they are left with. Nope,.. the guy is in love and wants to marry right away.

Did Arjun had a plan to marry her right away or was it Sannjh? She showed up at the police station directly with the card. This is where i am getting lost...i really don't understand what's happening here.

And please can you tell me in which episode did they show jhanvi and arjun bhutta scene. that episodes is discussed a lot but i haven't seen it.

And also, do you think our CV's are really that smart and understand the religion so well and they have been giving us clues?

also there are a lot of other people whose posts i like just that you both have different perspectives and still bang on.

@lepcha yes her outfit is supposed to be grey. Finally it has to be a mix of black and white. She is not good, she is not bad. She is just a human whose past made her do certain things, a human who tried to come out of the mess, but then situations pushed her back.

@alex only cinevistaas can get away with a character like Maya 😆😆. They have a penchant for such characters. But you need to know neither EHT, nor Beyhadh will match their best show Junoon ever. It was modern Mahabharath and I still remember I was doing Pre-degree in late nineties and we used to have shifts. We will be dashing home to switch on TV to watch junoon and will curse the electricity department when power was not there. As in those days there was no way to view an episode any other way😆😆

So the PH not only knows Hindu rituals, they also knows Hindu mytho very well. In this show they have taken the concept of Maya which is an important aspect of Hindu mythology. With all the bloopers they have stayed true to the concept till this point.

on a side note tho...i cant help but laugh n think of KKHH...🤣 imagine if dey name her anjali LOL! the child will resume the story of beyhadh love...kkhh but with a twist xD xD
