One observation on Saanjh's condition! Saanjh was not looking tired or operated upon for collection of egg from her, only on that day of insertion into another woman's body!
May be, that would have happened some days earlier, to give time to the doctor for confirmation of successful fertilization happening at lab conditions!
Did Jhanvi mention something about calm before storm?
Was she recollecting unusually peaceful time in between, after Aarohi's incident?
That means, some time lapsed in between, without anyone directly mentioning about it!
If that is indeed so, the doctor is only logical in her approach to plant only a confirmed case, on a much later date, even though it was not indicated very directly!!

Yes Fernandes anybody can make them spill truth. But how did they sign it. Also all said and done Maya can be sent back to jail. What about the child. You abort it. Dusky and Duffer going to tell kill our baby. Because all said and done fetus is formed and if it needs to be aborted Duffer and Dusky should tell that. They have to tell it and it is their choice if they want to tell it. Yes they can. But they wont 😆😆. Hypocrisy is always a double edged sword, what you aimed at others, will always come back to you. The mask of selflessness will have to give proof now. That they are really selfless whether they want it or doesnt want it.

Dusky cannot keep one earring. Whether she wants it or doesnt want it, she will have to give back the earring to Maya. Because the earring belongs to Maya, not Dusky and Dusky cannot keep other people's things with herself.

Saanjh should not get too sentimental about the entire incident!! Ajun has already put up his demand! Six plus one children. in all! At least, one out of 'such a big nursery', she can gift away to a poor woman who lost her own bandar in a very tragic way!!
Mr & Mrs Duffer has to have a large heart to voluntarily donate Maya, what she anyway chose to steal from them without asking! Let Maya decide what she wants to do with the child! Even Arjun can ignore her, without he playing a role in handing Maya over to police!
If he just chooses to leave it to the doctor to inform police about what happened in her clinic, that is only fair!! Let law take its course, without anyone getting vindictive about Maya's unwanted intervention, in their plan of conceiving a child!

In today's episode... maya again mentioned the fact that these people are responsible for the death of her child...this may not be entirely true...but still you can see that the pain of losing her child still remains with her till this day...duffer on the other hand didn't even flinch by this statement...he obviously no longer cares for his child...the child that he once loved so much. This scene including the precap are very similar to the scene where saanjh comes to the hospital after maya finds out she was pregnant...that day arjun was protective of maya... that day saanjh said that no matter what happens...maya will go to jail. Today maya has saanjh's child in her stomach...so today saanjh is not letting that happen...funny isn't it?.

Arjun sharma vs Duskey Ka Duffer Arjun is the heart and Duffer is the head..and maya still exist in arjun's heart,that place in his heart is still of maya's. whether its hatred or love..and here it is not hatred for sure! it is confused emotion arjun is having inside his Heart Vs Head fight. it was all started that mauritius pundit..you know what came into my mind?😆 when for the first time i saw him i was like hey pundit bro..what are you doing here in mauritius? spending your vacation here? india mein dhandha thik nahi chal raha kya? aur waise bro mein tumahre kuch sisyo ko mil k aaya hun..abhi meri shadi hone wali hai future k episodes mein maya k sath to apke sisyo ki prediction badi problems create karegi😆 personally i don't blame them they just can't predict that's it..i still wonder what was that mauritius pundit doing in hawai island? having cocktail with taqila shots? maybe? who sent him there? was he actor? or someone's pawn? or someone knew that very well at some point this pundit drama would create havoc in Arjun maya's life later..anyway let's leave that to Cvs but i think arjun will be late to reach his destiny and by the time he will reach his destiny he will be alone there. a desitny meant to be together i think that is the sad part of the story i guess.

This was a scene shown one day prior to the last episode, we just saw!
Did the doctor know Maya by her original name? Obviously yes!
Did she also know she is the infamous & dreaded criminal Maya Mehrotra?
Well, no clear answers on that! May be or even may not be!

The Doctor covered Maya's photo with Mridula's photo!
Why did she do like that? Because she could only bring Mridula for their introduction and not Maya!
So, the couple can match the face with photo, in case they got worried about her identity!
Alright , but how to take care of her name? Could she also cover the name like that? The doctor introduced the woman to them calling by a name Mridula! She could have called her still Maya only! As there can be some more woman going with same name in this world- however discretely maintaining a silence on her surname! Well, it was a risk! Maya-averse couple would get needlessly alerted by sounding her name! Perhaps it was avoided & understandable!

So, now how to take care of name of surrogate mother?
What was the name of surrogate mother really mentioned in the contract?
The CVs cleverly left that part assuming their viewers are like their hero , duffer!
But Common sense tells us it has to be hopefully, Mridula only!
Otherwise, the doctor should have taken a huge risk in directly mentioning Maya's name with or without her surname!
God only knows how she could have safely assumed that Arjun or Saanjh are such great fools, and wouldn't bother to read the document even once before signing?
Well, indeed she could!
You know why?
The Duffer remembers the introduction scene of Mridula -with her name clearly spelled by doctor- while confronting Mridula on the road!
But minutes later he gets selective amnesia and just does not remember or bother to tell the criminally conspiring Doctor that she brought only Mridula inside her chamber and not Maya, that morning!
And usually very loud Saanjh- a former criminal lawyer who fought for Ayaan's justice when he was duped by Maya in rape attempt case, forgotten that she has a mouth to speak and just stood there as a mute spectator, while her husband was fighting with the con doctor, all alone!!
Can you believe this man -who is not even displaying a basic common sense to ask right questions to corner and catch a crook wearing a doctor's coat- is indeed very successful in his profession!
How did he manage to make crores of money in last five years & earn a distinction as one among in the top?! A club of high ranking businessmen, in the country!!

Anyways, Maya is now making her way to their home and let us see how she is going to take their classes, in the days to come!
Mr. & Mrs. Duffer deserve this rigorous drill, as they simply failed to demonstrate a will to fight back!
The stage is well set for Maya's next kill!
Don't know if more blood will spill or not!
But her skills in providing thrills won't abate for a moment!

@Beyhadhfan when it came to Dusky's child, Dusky can defend Maya. But this woman had no empathy when Duffer took her hand on the night Maya was 8th month pregnant. She didnt open her mouth and tell, Arjun you need to be with your wife. She didnt. And Arjun told her not to alert VM on Ayan's accident. She did. At that time she had no proof it was Maya who did it. But she created the havoc that led to Maya falling from stairs and losing her baby. Then she blamed VM for Arjun's pain, while it was Duffer taking hand of Dusky and Dusky shriek was the major reason that baby died.

One basic criteria for becoming a prospective surrogate mother, under law it seems, is that she must have given birth to and be raising that child!

Now, they are further adding to their mistake by accepting Maya as their surrogate partner!

@fernandes in India there are many people who go for surrogacy without following any rules. They simply choose the easiest way available to them. If you watch the documentary in Discovery Channel you will understand how women are exploited for the same.
