It's you who is continuously trying to prove being careless, stupid is a crime which is not the case. You are bringing up "being responsible in a way" but let me tell you by that logic, a lot of people are responsible in a way. That objectively doesn't make them criminals and it's basically futile esp when the onus lies with the murderer himself.
Btw someone who sucks at jobs = careless and stupid. You say Saanjh is stupid - I agree- Yes she is. But how does that make her complicit in Samay and Maya's crime? Intention matters. It was utterly ridiculous on her part to entail her father in this mess. However, it's an act of stupidity. This act alone would have never caused Prem to dies unless 2 despicable beings wanted to.
Arrogance and overconfidence are not something preferable but I can hardly attribute a murder to such qualities when her intention was anything but that. Saving her ass? Lmao 😆 She's anyway never gonna be jailed or held responsible for the murder when two certified psycho killers are already there to fill that void. No, it's not. Saanjh's biggest mistake is that she trusted Samay completely. She acted immature and stupid but Samay is her fiance and unless she has a dream that he is Maya's minion, how can she know? Saanjh's life was at danger at Maya's house and she did a smart thing by sending the video to people whom she trusts.Maya was pointing gun at her and VM so she said that even if you kill me, two other people know the 'secret'. That was immature but I guess she didn't expect Maya to become a serial killer for the sake of a video.

So, for the death of Prem, all three Saanjh, Maya & Samay share responsibility, percentage can still differ person to person!

For murder, Samay takes full responsibility, as of now! Maya's role is under scrutiny! Subject to more info on her activities & conduct one can opine decisively Maya's responsibility as well!

She herself will feel the guilt.. Saanjh had absolutely no need to tell Maya what evidences she had and where.. Being a lawyer and having a fair bit of idea about Maya and what she is capable of, that was very naive and downright stupid of her to divulge those details..
