Is it fair to blame Saanjh for the death of her dad?

Saanjh has e-mailed video to three persons but Maya chose to attack (assuming she has some role in it) only one of them! Why?
Saanjh put both her life & Vandana's life, why even Jhanvi's life at risk when she informed 'gun holding' maya about the pen drive!
She did not kill any of the three! Why?

When Maya could attack randomly from innocent goldfishes to monster Ashwin, that too ruthlessly, why did not she show nerve to pull the trigger to shoot any of the three women?

The answer or excuse is the standard cliche, we often hear!
Maya is unpredictable!
But only viewers know that! How on the earth Saanjh will know Maya's random behavior?

Saanjh is not privy to Maya's dark shades or her criminal activities! She knows Maya can manipulate & trouble her opponents but she is not aware to what extent Maya would go in her madness, until the 'failed shoot-out' drama!
In fact, after the incident, she should have filed a police complaint against Maya for her 'murderous assault & intimidation to shoot at her' but Saanjh is not interested in that!

She may be still giving benefit of doubt to maya that she would only bark and not have the nerve to bite, perhaps!

Saanjh's focus is not to punish maya but to save Ayaan!

If whimsical Maya chooses to do something in her fits, & that too selectively, how can Saanjh anticipate this dastardly act of Maya-if she had a hand in it- let alone sharing the blame for it?

Yes it is ...cuz Saanjh is blessed with stupidity and she's abusing the privilege bestowed on her like crazy. Involving innocent people and getting them killed.

I know many of us are so unsure whom to blame for his death.. And there are quiet many people to blame...

Lets say according to me:

15% Saanjh

40% Maya

45% Samay

Everyone has had some fault...

Saanjh, I know shouldn't have mailed it... Because so far she hadn't involved Prem at all.. She instead used to share certain things with Suman... But Prem had only one concern and that was Saanjh has to move on... And he didn't care for anything else.

The first person whom Saanjh will trust is her father Prem like Maya trusted Jhanvi's wheelchair is the best place to hide the pen drive! But Jhanvi betrayed Maya becuase Maya killed Jhanvi's husband!
No such betrayal problems for Saanjh, so she sent to Prem apart from other two!
Now, assuming if she did not tell it to maya, does anyone believe that Prem would have survived?
Saanjh would have disclosed it to Samay and he would have asked for all other recipients names & then Maya would have known it!
Saanjh is having no idea that Samay is a criminal planted by Maya to ruin her life!
That is the problem of Mathurs & their failure to ascertain Samay's background made them lose the head of family!

Saanjh shouldn't have spoken regarding the proof. Saanjh only mistake is saanjh blabbers too much. But in this case since samay is there I dont think she is much at fault because at home she would share the information since she trusts samay. So even if she doesn't open her mouth in front of maya the information would reach out to her. The best option is to keep quite till the time the information reaches to police. Vandana and saanjh plan almost successful but the mistake was to share the info at home but can't blame them.

Maya didn't tackle the matter herself but told Samay to handle it who doesn't flinch to kill people.

Vandy Jhanvi Saanjh maybe all r spared and she didn't kill anyone cuz neither tried to harm Arjun but only expose her. Ashwin got killed by her cuz he tried to kill Arjun.

That's the only logic I can think of as to why they are still alive cuz they didn't try to kill her Arjun or doesn't harm him. Had Maya gone to get the evidence herself she might not have killed Prem but scared him or injured him and deleted the file. But here she had told Samay to handle the situation and Samay goes straight for the kill. Earlier also he would have actually killed Saanjh when he held the knife behind her neck but only got saved when Suman & co entered and he understood that his secret was intact or else uss din hi Saanjh ki Ram Naam satya ho gaye hoti!

Talking about stupidity one may even ask much simpler question!
After transmitting the e-mail, Saanjh should have called on Prem to verify if he got her e-mail or not! Then she should have asked him to come with police to secure her release from Maya's house as Maya has trapped her with PIN lock! There is no need to spend time in Maya's house once the job is done!
Maya can not charge Saanjh of house-break if VM sided with Saanjh & told the police that she only called Saanjh to come & visit her! Jhanvi would not have even opposed it & Maya could do nothing about it!
But to drag the story if CVs are going in all directions without having any intent to close the Ayaan's case, then why blame Saanjh who only lost her father?

Firstly Maya, she texted "Stop Him" and not "Stop It " so who's the killer?? The mad maha maya!!!

Secondly, Saanjh shares the 50% blame if nothing, not for messaging him , but for "Papa ke paas proof hai" when Maya was pointing the gun at her.
So what exactly was she saying???!!! That my dad has the proof so spare us , and you should go and kill my dad instead?!! That is height of selfishness!
Then again she goes straight to Arjun (why she did that is a mystery to me) and announced she has a proof. When no proof was found she says Samay aur Papa ke paas hai.
Even after all this , a heated argument takes place, she slaps Arjun for loving Maya and calls him pagal.
She sees Maya giving that "I am gonna kill you look " and she goes on to say "Papa ke paas hai, woh tujhe mail kardenge aur fir tu pachtayega " Like W*F!!
You go on announcing your proof to satisfy your ego and whom did you put as a sacrificial pawn??
Your own dad who loved you to hell!!

I know my thoughts are not what law would see , according to law Samay killed Prem.
But I believe Saanjh planned the murder and Maya ordered the murder weapon (Samay) .

So if you ask me who killed Prem?
MAYA DID AND SAANJH HAD EQUAL PARTICIPATION TOO!!

Instead of Saanjh devi going to the hospital with that shitty cooky attitude, and proudly announcing of her proofs and trying hard to degrade Maya in Arjun's eyes.

I hope it is clear, it is Video & not him!

For committing murder, there has to be a motive!
Saanjh has no motive to kill Prem! At best, it is an error of judgement cum ignorance that triggered such a diaster to befall upon her! For others role, if you find time you may see my POV on the subject, since I have posted there already on ishakumar's thread!!
