Then she should have asked him to come with police to secure her release from Maya's house as Maya has trapped her with PIN lock! There is no need to spend time in Maya's house once the job is done!
Maya can not charge Saanjh of house-break if VM sided with Saanjh & told the police that she only called Saanjh to come & visit her! Jhanvi would not have even opposed it & Maya could do nothing about it!

Your own dad who loved you to hell!!

I know my thoughts are not what law would see , according to law Samay killed Prem.
But I believe Saanjh planned the murder and Maya ordered the murder weapon (Samay) .

So if you ask me who killed Prem?
MAYA DID AND SAANJH HAD EQUAL PARTICIPATION TOO!!

But only viewers know that! How on the earth Saanjh will know Maya's random behavior?

Saanjh is not privy to Maya's dark shades or
her criminal activities! She knows Maya can manipulate & trouble her
opponents but she is not aware to what extent Maya would go in her madness, until the
'failed shoot-out' drama!
In fact, after the incident, she should have filed a police
complaint against Maya for her 'murderous assault & intimidation to
shoot at her' but Saanjh is not interested in that!

She may be still
giving benefit of doubt to maya that she would only bark and not
have the nerve to bite, perhaps!

@red don't you think going to someones house and personal lives without their permission is also bad. What do you think she should say- "inspector sir, I went to maya's house in disguise to collect proof against her and you know what she did? She aimed a gun at me (not fair at all) 😭

When she doesn't know there's a traitor living at her place who can cut and kill people. How could she be responsible?

True! Saanjh's spy is not as resourceful or efficient as Maya's spy and hence Saanjh has to go & do that job herself! But in the end, she almost caught a criminal, so police might warn her with a reprimand!
Maya's spy is as deadly as she herself is! Saanjh is somehow lucky to survive still, only her Dad is not!

sanjh's spy was not at all resourceful, she was useless . She was good for nothing only making weird expression. What was with that msg- Arjun ko bachalo and all 😆. More than sanjh this woman is reponsible for their destruction. I agree with you in the point that sanjh should have gone to the police instead of confronting maya and blabbering the plan. She is stupid and somewhere this stupidly of hers lead to the death of her father

Even if they send do they announce it infront of that person?

Maya & Saanjh are waging war against each other! They are sworn enemies & will not stop until one person disappears for ever!
In this war, I do not wish to take any side except saying that whoever is having truth on their side would end up winning the war, notwithstanding the set-backs in some battle fronts!
This post of mine has a very narrow scope to say Saanjh did not intend to kill her dad! Nor she planned, aided ,instigated or abetted It!
She made an error of judgement on Samay! She was foolish to boast in front of Maya! But She has no reason to believe that Maya is a psycho killer, so that her revelation would bring trouble to her Dad!
She knew maya manipulated to implicate Ayaan, now having found the truth she tried to act brave or even smart for exposing her! It costed her father even though she was lucky to survive!
But, in my opinion she deserves sympathy than make her feel guilty for exposing her father inadvertently to cruel & deadly designs of two passionate psychos!

Nope it isn't. That's like blaming a girl for being groped just because she was 'stupid' enough to wear mini skirts on the roads in the evening. Saanjh is plain and simple stupid. But if a murderer is not out there smelling blood, nobody gets killed for mere idiocy. And no court will hold her responsible, who's gonna say, "Saanjh Mathur has committed a gross criminal offense by leaking sensitive information which led to the murder of the deceased by 2 loonies and thus I hereby pronounce Saanjh as 50% complicit in the murder and she's sentenced for 14 years of jail term along with Maya" WTH 😆
