A mother can give life and hence she retains the right to take the life, also! This was a dialogue uttered by Maya to Jhanvi when she tried to kill her in the bath tub- a second attempt on her mother's life!

Today Maya lived upto her philosophy and set a ghastly 'example' how a mother can give & take life!
Oh dear Maya, even animals have the natural instinct to protect their young ones! Are you inferior to even these animals?

Will Maya make true her another philosophy? If love can not be controlled, then destroy it! Arjun is her love! Will she destroy him as he no longer loves her?

if that happens, truly Maya gets redeemed from her obsession! If there is no Arjun, then what is there to get obsessed about?

At least, that will let others around her live peacefully! Maya will go and join with Arjun & Bandar, so no need to worry!

Answer is no. Saanjh and Vandana claims to love Arjun. If their love for Arjun was over and above hatred for Maya, then the first thing they would have thought would be of Arjun's child. Vandana did push the pregnant Maya in first instance and when she told my child gave her some gyaan also. How can you do it mata. The baby is your favourite son's child too. His heart also beats for the child. For his bandar. I am surprised how you could give care to a third degree cancer patient. Not once I have seen empathy in you which is very much needed in people giving palliative care. When it was between your blood and Arjun's blood, you chose your blood Mata. you chose your blood. Not that I am blaming you. Everyone does that only. When pushed to corner it is always our blood. Just like the curse you gave Arjun when he tried to support Maya. But then you were instigated by Arjun. But today, did today Arjun instigate you. No right. Then why, why you couldnt think a bit about that baby Mata. The baby of the son for whom you married Arjun's dad.

Coming to Saanjh. Dont cry Saanjh. Dont utter one drop of tear. It look so fake. Why were you running with Arjun. To see Maya killing Vandana. A critical patient is there in the hospital. As far as common sense goes someone has to be available in the hospital in case the doctors demands signatures, blood, medicines or simply want to give information. Why couldnt you allow Arjun to go alone. Oh bad and mad Maya will manipulate him. you cannot allow that. So go with him.

Arjun. Dont cry man. Dont cry. Your madness took the child's life. Maya asked you to save the child from her madness. You said your love will protect the child. No Arjun. Dusky is your madness right. Well that madness killed your child. Dont shout at Saanjh, dont shout at VM. Yes they might have been the effect, but you are the cause. You are the main cause of your bandar's death. Your wife had come after 6 month stay from mental aslyum. Her relationship with your brother is not proper. An aslyum dont cure a person. Aslyum stay followed by love and continuous care and reassurance is needed for them to come out of the mess. Most importantly they have to be kept away from their insecurities. You brought back her biggest insecurity the moment she came back. If she was in that aslyum duffer, the bandar would have survived. Atleast she didnt had to see her insecurity in front of her. A fully pregnant woman who needs her husband's care is asked to go with her devar. What does your dusky needs so much duffer. Your bandar needed you. You chose dusky over and above the bandar. Now dont sit and cry bandar. That child had to go. In a marriage that doesnt have Prem or love why the bandar should stay.

Yes people had so many priorities, everyone wants Arjun. Arjun wants Maya and Dusky. In the melee a child who is yet to see the world loses the battle of life even before it is born. Price paid by the most innocent of the lot.

I am kind of surprised. Are you still defending Maya and blame everyone else!!! I came to this thread thinking that you may have put forwarded some realistic and non-biased view. I am in the wrong place I guess. Even though I don't agree with you, I like your writing style. It's really nice dear.

Loved reading u Shruthi... ur points are bang on... by not giving priority to his wife Arjun killed his son... Saanjh, Vandana and Ayan were never totally interested in Maya or cared for her.. at this time sending her with one of them was Arjun's mistake...

@rosamale did I defend Maya. Read the whole thread. Any one could have protected the baby from bad and mad Maya if they had taken one positive step for the child. Arjun could have done it, if he had gone with this wife. Dont go for bad and mad Maya. But go for the baby. Saanjh could have done it by not telling VM, Maya might have killed Ayan. Again dont do it for Maya, but do for the baby. VM could have shown some empathy. Not for Maya, but for the baby. Any one could have protected the baby from bad and mad Maya, if they could have thought about the baby. I only told that.

You expect me to defend Arjun's action of sending his pregnant wife with his brother. I cannot. It was not the right action of a husband. A pregnant wife even other wise has many mood swings due to hormonal changes. Even women who give birth are shown to suffer from post natal depression and there are instances where they have killed babies also. It is a medical thing and that's why a pregnant lady, a new mother is given maximum care. All Maya wanted was Arjun to accompany her. In her condition it was not a criminal request.

If you expect me to support Saanjh going with Arjun, I cannot. As a woman she could have told go with your wife. She needs you more than me. Yes Saanjh can tell and a good friend will only tell that knowing the other woman's insecurity. I cannot support Saanjh for screaming over the top Maya killed Ayan at the wrong time. Then running with Arjun leaving a critical Ayan alone at hospital.

Coming to VM I cannot defend her pushing a pregnant lady. No I cannot.

I had defended Ayan because his need for revenge, his emotions for Maya were right. Because he was a collateral damage. Someone should have known those emotions though not wrong can also be risk to himself as well as the unborn child.

Yes Maya is bad and mad. A criminal. But show me someone who is not. Who does not have a selfish motive. Who does not want a revenge. When bitten, when given pain everyone wants to burn others.

If pointing out other's fault line means supporting Maya for certain people then I cannot help it. Unbiased review means not pointing out the faults of Saanjh, VM and Arjun sorry that is not my definition of unbiased and you are expecting something at a wrong place.

@shalini a little more respect can be shown to a fellow writer even if you dont agree to the content. Well it wont affect me as a person as I have gone past feeling anything seeing such comments. But not every writer will take that emoticon in the same sense I take and it can end up in unnecessary war of words and can spoil the mood of forum itself. @Ria pregnant Maya needed Arjun the most. His child needed Arjun the most. Arjun took the hand of dusky and choose her as his priority. When Arjun took his madness hand, Maya's madness killed the baby.

Sorry for being rude. Your writing style is really good but the way you always defend the evil character maya and blaming others is really irritating. But still that's not an excuse. I thought the emoticon means"you're wrong" didn't realize I was disrespecting you. Removed the emoticon.

@shalini Thank you. A way you intended the emoticon and the way I took the emoticon were 2 different ways.

A lot of mis understanding, a lot of fight, war of words, to the extend of blood shed happens on such small small things where intend was something, but the other party took it in the wrong sense. Instead of telling what you felt clearly, you shouted at the person putting the emoticon, justifying your stand, other person gave back equally back and soon what is between 2 people, more people join. Viola teams are made. Some supports you, some supports me. For some you are completely right, for some I am completely right. Truth is we both are right and wrong somewhere and could have sorted it out ourselves, if one shows the maturity to understand why the other party felt that way and correct our actions than blame others.

Here I didnt tell you why I wrote what I wrote. It is my POV. You have the right to agree or disagree. I only told what I felt abt the emoticon. You removed it. Matter closed. Any matter can be closed like this. 😃

Shruthi di whenever I come to this thread I don't come to see or read what has already been shown in the show. I come here to read a different take on the show, something which I could have never seen on the show. I think u said somewhere, it's not just the story, but the audience or who watch it also make a lot of difference. 😊

Though don't agree with everything u wrote, but I have to agree VM cursed her own grandchild in rage. Instead of that why didn't she tell Arjun abt what she saw in the washroom. Though Arjun would have not listened to her, but she could have avoided cursing. 😆

Like u said everything shown in S1 is opening up in S3. The storyline is repeating. According to me Saanjh has already suffered a lot due to her self righteousness. Same with VM. Now it's Maya's turn to suffer, noone can stop this. She's a hypocrite in her own way, holding Jhanvi responsible for he condition, yet repeating the same with her own child. According to me she deliberately caused the accident, I could be wrong though.

@aditi I had told in the first line itself I also feel she deliberately caused the accident. But was that unexpected. In season 2 itself there were multiple hints, if it is between Arjun and baby Maya might chose Arjun. I had put that in the analysis also that Maya is risk to her child. She herself told, Arjun save the child from me. If you remember I had put also Arjun cannot save, only Maya can save her baby.

And it is proven right. Arjun couldnt save the baby. Her trust on Arjun to protect the child from her madness failed. Her madness took the baby. Her madness won. Arjun's love lost. In a way yesterday episode love was lost.

There were many points in the sequence where one action from any of the characters could have protected the child/baby.

See actually in the yesterday episode though VM will be blamed the most, I keep her least responsible of everyone for what happened. As a mother to great extend her emotions were right, unlike her coming and taking Arjun from mandap. Only thing she could have done was show some empathy to the baby thinking it is Arjun's baby.

But the major culprits is Arjun's decision to go with Saanjh, Maya's madness and then Saanjh screaming over the phone Aunty Maya tried to kill Ayan.
