And its not basically for fans but anyone!

Because sometimes we do overlook the character and only take into account the way the actor portrays it and then everything that the charcater does becomes knowingky or unknowingly associated with the actor!

That is called unable to bieng differentiating between Reel and Real!

And one more question what if not maya but A person in real life who has been tormented and tortured in chikdhood would it still have been justifiabke and acceptable?

I am not obsessed enough to hate a fictional character so much so that I parade my hatred in my moniker😃

I strongly believe if aswin had not died on the wedding day, things would have been different. Vandana would have been more accepting and would surely have given her a chance. Because vandana is a nice woman to the rest of the world. Why would she be beyond hostile to maya if no death thing overshadowed the marriage? I will somehow sympathise with maya if she's not associated with aswin's murder believing that had the murder not taken place, she might have been able to spend time in Sharma house till her own obsessive soul didn't conquer. But if she's anyhow associated with the death, she had dug her own grave because no middle class mentality mother in law would gladly accept a woman whose so called father after bitching about the daughter to her MIL, died on the same night.

Sharmas & Saanjh are not the root cause of her problems! Maya could not have her way with Arjun when the conditions were very favorable to her during 3 years, before leap!
Maya's enemy is her own sense of insecurity! Nobody else!
