If we are talking about neutral opinion so here is my view (I am neither a Maya fan nor a Saanjh fan nor a Arya or Saajun Shipper...I watch this show coz i find it interesting better than those saas bahu shows)
1. HOLI PARTY DRAMA - Saanjh is NOT A BABY KILLER...did she deliberately push Maya..NO SHE DID NOT..It was an accident and even if she touched Maya on the arm even for that she got punished by Arjun who not only broke all relations with her but also slapped her..Slapping a girl in my opinion is wrong and calling her a baby killer is also wrong.
The way Saanjh and Arjun danced was wrong (let's ignore the bhaang part here) and Arjun applying color on Saanjh before Maya was also wrong...BOTH ARJUN AND SAANJH WERE WRONG! So, only blaming Saanjh here will be wrong...Arjun was at fault too.
Maya should't have mixed bhaang though
2. SAANJH A HOME WREKER -
a) SHAADI DRAMA - For me was OTT ...She brought Arjun and Maya in the mandap and got them married...Chhana Meriya song was OTT and annoying š...Arjun ran after Saanjh like an idiot and said I LOVE U which I really again found OTT..annoying...Saanjh applying Mehendi on her hand and dancing..again was annoying for me and i felt like shouting at her that Girl please move on and don't be so annoying..I really felt annoyed by her and Arjun !
But she did get them married.
b) She supported Maya against Vandana
c) She suppressed her feelings for Arjun and went on to get honeymoon tickets for them.
d) She did meet Arjun in the restaurant and she was going to kiss him which i agree is definitely wrong although she stopped...But here ARJUN was equally at fault...He called her there and lied to Maya...Here surely Arjun and Saanjh were at fault...BUT FOR THIS TO CALL HER A S**T IS ABSOLUTELY WRONG!
Saanjh never tried to break ArYa...She loved Arjun...Arjun was his best friend..it would be tough for any girl to let go of not only her first love but her best friend too...but she did try to let go.
After she left for 3 years , what happened between ArYa was their own undoing not Saanjh's...Arjun was the one who felt suffocated...Maya was the one who became more obsessive than ever...Their relation was not working...Saanjh had nothing to do with it..She was no where in the picture
So, calling her a home wrecker is again WRONG
ARJUN was the one who took the first step and went to see Ayaan and Saanjh saw him...Arjun was the one who told her that he was not happy and Maya was obsessive..
Yes Saanjh should have asked him to show Maya to a psychiatrist but didn't it occur to Arjun to do that himself all these years ?
3. MAYA VS SAANJH IN COURT
Saanjh did get overconfident in the case...She did use some words which could have been avoided definitely...and like people argue that proof is needed then those saying that Saanjh did this for vengeance and personal agenda and all that then where is the proof of that also.
She should have found concrete proofs..she underestimated Maya.
But did she force Maya to remove her jacket? Maya could have shown them to a lady constable or the judge in private...Nobody had forced her
Maya smirking like that was mean...To feel happy when someone is in pain is wrong
She dreamt of killing Saanjh which people justified and that baffled me
She played the woman card...and yes what she said was right "even a mental person has the right on her own bodY' and asked saanjh to show some Insaaniyat..but one should only preach only what they follow
Now people justifying the Mahila Mukti Morcha ladies and going on to say that Saanjh should die is extreme on so may levels.
4. MAYA - All characters are flawed...none is doodh ka dhula..but to justify every wrong action of one's character is not right...One should watch the show from the story's perspective.
Vandana ill-treated Maya- she was wrong but that does not justify Maya's manipulation of throwing gifts from balcony as well
Maya's behavipur with Arjun is not justified at all...You cannot tie, drug, control someone.
She tried to attempt suicide but trying to burn your own mother as well is wrong.
The way she behaves with Jhanvi is wrong no matter how Jhanvi as a mother was...Jhanvi was a weak woman who coudn't protect her child but this doesn't mean she can be treated like this by Maya
2 wrongs will never make a right
We cannot say for sure that Maya did those murders as there are no proofs so Maya cannot be called a murdered for sure ! but one can not justify Maya for the wrong she does..same goes for Saanjh and other characters as well
If it gets proved that Maya did all those murders and did frame Ayaan then will people still defend Maaya...Ayaan did deserve punishment for manhandling Maya but as things are pointing out if Maaya did frame Ayaan then Ayaan needs justice too and Maya deserves punishment
In my opinion even Maya has the right of a redemption before it is too late for her...She needs medical treatment. Also i absolutely agree that calling Maya MAD is not right too...She is mentally ill and needs medical help..Also one must empathize with her for what she endured during her childhood...No girl deserves a father like Ashwin and a spineless mother like Jhanvi...Here I am not saying that her childhood torture should be held as a reason for whatever she does.
As far as the end is concerned I want Maya to get better, Arjun to stay with his family , Saanjh can find the right guy for herself or maybe do well in her profession...I don't want Saanjun or ArYa
But since this is a dark thriller I am prepared for a dark ending too although i would prefer a happy ending
All in all to justify each and every action whether it is right and wrong of the fav character whosoever that be is not right at all.
