If it was a real court the first thing the judge would have asked Saanjh was to stop shouting and present her case in a dignified way with PROPER evidence. Saanjh kept shouting because if she shut her mouth Maya's lawyer would get a chance to counter attack and end this case in one hearing with Ayaan declared guilty. I have never seen such a stupid defense lawyer who comes to court to fight a rape case without proper evidence to prove her point.

That's the only thing she's good at. Interfering in others life, moral policing and making every personal detail public.

The thing is that she don't have a life. The guy she loved married Maya, the guy she's in a relationship loves Maya and except VM no one gives two hoots about her sob story. Hell even her own parents are not interested in her love story of the century. So she's satisfying her bruised ego by tarnishing others image and throwing dirt at them.

Saanjh would never? No way I never said that. All I ment to say that it would be difficult. Maya s lawyer would derive any statement from samay in favour of maya. Samay in future will definitely help maya.

@bold- You do know how the court and judiciary works right. Saanjh had absolutely no right to stop Samay from coming to court. What she should have done was that she should have let Samay come and give his statement and then she should have proved her client innocent.

The problem is that Saanjh knows she has no concrete evidence against Maya. All she did today was to stand there and dig up the past that had no connection with the case.

The truth is Saajh is a coward and an egoistic just like Maya is obsessed and sociopath.

Saanjh knew she didn't have it in her to win this case so she used the wrong method to make sure she wins the case. This is the same with Maya, she manipulates things when they don't go her way.

Of course Samay will help Maya but the question is how? And how will Saanjh handle her bruised ego this time?

We haven't seen the entire rape attempt scene and hence how can you assume that Ayan was biting Maya? Did we see how he came on top of her? That scene was cut short and we saw her falling to the floor and then Samay coming in to save Maya. So how can Saanj's version of the rape attempt be assumed as FALSE? We also have seen Maya locking Arjun's room and leaving the keys on the table. If the keys were still on the table, why couldn't Ayan get them and rescue his brother?

Are you all saying that Ayan's intention was to rape Maya as a part of his revenge?

What wrong method? That was her strategy. Finally she is supporting the truth but she also knows that a smart lawyer can twist and derive statement in their favour. She just kept him away right now. Samay will definitely come.
