Ayaan did rip her clothes(from what was shown), to search for the keys which according to his version were put by Maya in her blouse. He clearly physically assaulted her to a certain extent in the process of finding the keys. How the court takes it, I'm not sure. He deserves punishment, but to what extent I'm not sure.
