I am surprised that so many people have declared Ayaan a molester - the culprit of rape attempt.
Have the makers shown that it was clearly a rape attempt ? That is why the court case is happening to find the truth as to what exactly happened.
Ayaan physically assaulted Maya and he is definitely responsible for that and should be punished for physical assault
But calling him names and declaring that he did try to rape Maya when the makers never clarified it so far is a bit too far fetched.
Similarly Maya cannot be held responsible for the murders that happened coz we haven't got any proof of that yet...Similarly Ayaan cannot be called guilty of rape attempt untill it is proven...in both the cases the saying applies 'A MAN IS INNOCENT UNTILL PROVEN GUILTY'
YES , Ayaan shouldn't have touched Maya, should have held back when her sleeve got tore...no human being has he right to physically assault the other..that is a punishable crime !
But shouldn't his point also be taken into consideration that Rape was not his intention , he was really looking for keys...Yes he was drunk and did absolutely wrong by physically assaulting Maya but what if he is telling the truth..isn't it unfair to call him a rapist ? He deserves punishment for physical assault but not for attempt to rape !
Also like it was said that who knows what would have happened if Samay didn't come...Yes exactly who knows...what if Ayaan would have simply gotten up and tried to take the keys only...this is a hypothetical question and even this could have happened..why assume that Ayaan would have raped Maya..it is just a matter of perspective and everyone is entitled to have a different opinion.
also many have said that Ayaan bit Maya on the neck...I am really confused with this cos I missed this..was it really shown that he bit Maya ?
If yes then I hope this is cleared in the court and Maya's lawyer asks Ayaan as to why he bit her if he was looking only for keys.
Coz if this is also an assumption then I would wait for the makers to clarify if he bit her or are there chances that those could be self inflicted wounds.
But I wonder what would happen if the makers show that Maya did falsely accuse Ayaan of rape...will people still blame him for the crime he is yet to be proven guilty of..will people admit that Maya did wrong and agree that Ayaan deserves punishment for assault but Maya deserves punishment for framing Ayaan
If Ayaan did try to rape Maya which I doubt is the case then I will condemn him and he deserves severe punishment
And if it is proven that Maya framed Ayaan and did this too separate Arjun from his family then I would want her also to get punished.
But till everything is cleared it is wrong to declare Ayaan guilty of attempt to rape in my opinion.
Let's wait for the story to unfold before jumping to conclusions.
