Secondly, in a court of law, you have to speak logic and not based on personal biases. She said something which amounted to "If somebody if highly efficient, they should automatically know how to fight rapists". That was highly problematic.

In every single sexual assault case, the defense lawyer is tasked with defending the accused. They may or may not believe their clients' innocence, but they cannot ask mocking questions to the victim. It is prohibited as per protocol and human rights sensibilities.

Saying 'one can handle everything' means that they would also be able to handle being raped? What kind of an effed-up reasoning was that?

At the end of Beyhadh if cvs show ayan is real culprit than ayan deserve this punishment. If its maya than this is not atall her insult but its her reality n she needs punishment fir this crime even her medical illness is not excuse

1)what big deduction did Saanjh do by deducing that Maya is Arjun's psycho boss wife???...The whole world can deduce that without a paper n pen in hand, without a diagram needed for deduction

2)what made her think that Samay could have been kept away from court?...He's the only n the key witness in the case... The prosecution will definitely call upon him...Saanjh should have anticipated that n prepared her questions for Samay accordingly...

3)I agree with some opinions here that it was an insensitive remark by Saanjh that if Maya could handle everything so smoothly, y couldn't she handle attempt to rape? Handling a business n handling attempt to rape are two different issues...Saanjh believes that Maya has trapped Ayan, but it hasn't been proven yet...Hence, presently, Ayan is the accused, & Maya the victim till proven otherwise...

4)Aneri needs to tone down her diction ...Saanjh sounded pompous & arrogant while talking to the media...Even the dialogues given to her were Ott...

5)All in all, I was disappointed with Saanjh's approach to the case n the court room drama...CVs, buck up, please...

While Sanj was on point trying to bring out Maya's obsession for Arjun, which is key to the case if she is to prove maya did this to separate Arjun from his family. I thought she was brilliant with that line of questioning. But the if she could handle everything why couldn't she handle this was a very insensitive comment. That was my big thumbs down for Sanj today, everything else from lawyer Sanjh was good.
