If Ayaan had only come with the intentions to free arjun, he would have lodged a complaint at the cop station & come to her place with the cops. One of the videos says that Samay was also involved in putting Ayaan behind the bars. He had come with the cops to Maya's place. When I watched the video in desitvbox.me, it showed that Ayaan had kissed her neck but when I rewatched the same in sonyliv, they had cut that scene.

Whether he would have raped Maya or not is a separate case. He has said that he will make her life worse than death that she won't be able to show her face to the world. For a woman, nothing is as important as her dignity. So it has to be rape or attempt to rape.

Biting of the neck was not shown on TV (I watched it), hence whether he did that or not is just an assumption and we can't be sure of it until the scene is shown

They didn't show him biting her, so till that scene is explicitly shown it is assumption

Ayan is guilty of physical assault not sexual assault or attempted rape.

If that's the case then why didn't he stop after tearing off some cloth from her right sleeve? Any sane person would have stopped right then and there...But no he still continued to pursue her and even tore off her leggings or whatever that was...If indeed the key is what he was looking for then he don't need to make a person naked to get that...As per his claims if he respects his bhabhi so much then he should have stopped there...

Plus one more thing is saanjh said in the station that although ayan is not capable of something like that but one shouldnt forget that he was drunk...I refuse to buy that theory...If he could drive without any issue from his apartment to Maya's then I don't think drinking can be used as an excuse.
