PS Ok I mnt saying that from way beginning his intentions were to rape her but ya his intentions were surely to teach her a lesson n he did cross his limits for that. If I or anybody would be in Maya's place then surely would have charged him for "attempt to rape" bcoz no one will be able to read Ayaan's mind that he didnt intend to do so as his actions told otherwise

Would Ayan really have stooped so low? Would he not have stopped mid-way, suddenly getting his senses back and thinking "What the fcuk was I about to do"? Would he not have jolted back into his senses before he got to the point of finishing off what he started?

I think Ayaan is a bit of an enigma. He was my favourite from the Sharna family so I am dissapointed in his actions. But in Beyhadh no one is a perfect person. The way Vandana behaved after Arjun's marriage. The lengths she went to, made everyone even her family go against her. Throwing trash on someone? Did Vandana look capable of that? I understood her fears for her son and even supported her to some extent till she started to act like a typical MIL, tossing Maya's clothes out of the washing machine and constantly taunting her etc. Then that final act of throwing water and trash! Did she look like someone who would stoop so low? But she did! Doesn't make her a terrible peeson, but makes her fallible!

I do not think Ayan had rape or sexual intend in his mind at any point in time. His only intention was to get Arjun out. Why he physically attacked her Cos she had the keys on her. Her clothes were ripped in the physical struggle not in an attempt to uncloth her. His words were meant not as I will rape you but I will make sur you pay the price for your actions. It could mean any number of things "I will make sure you don't have Arjun in your life" "I will make sure Everyone gets to know the real you" etc etc

If Samay did not get there he would have gotten the keys freed Arjun and would have taken him home

Ayan is guilty of physical assault not sexual assault or attempted rape.

the problem is that bite on her neck. if it was just ab the keys what was the need to bite her neck.

He was on top of her and his face was close to her neck but I did not see him biting her. I guess we are assuming there was a bite involved based on the precap scene. Let those scenes play out cos it is hard to comment on something that has not been shown yet.

For me it looked like options one and two together... ayan listened whole story from Arjun and he knows what maya is capable of... so he would strip her minimum to get the keys and unlock the door and get Arjun out... that's what he came for not to attempt rape ... though he said the dialogues which may or may not mean like that but he just straight away pushed maya aside when she opened door and went to search Arjun... he didn't fall on maya and tore her clothes when he came to house bcz definitely that's not his intention... if really intended to rape maya he would definitely pounce on her as soon as maya opened the door and would have attempted rape but that's not the case... and also yday episode is not complete one i feel... either cctv or jhanvi might know complete truth what happened... ayan come under physical violence but here as it's maya (girl) so she must have framed him for attemptive rape case or sexual assault...

There's another thing I was thinking. What if those 'bite marks' were fake? Maybe Maya used a broken glass piece or something to lightly scratch herself and make it look like a bite mark?
