Yes without a doubt he assaulted her
And by looking at the picture just look how close his chest is on Maya's chest. No brother in law would do that to their Bhabhi. What was Ayaan trying to do? Give Maya a hickey??
Ayaan could have handled it in a mature way but he went wild. Very disturbing, never expected this from Ayaan.

I feel Cvs are butchering every character

Well I don't know, but to me that scene seemed like he was trying to get to the keys through his mouth which he felt was below her neck as both his hands were busy in holding Maya's hands

in the precap there were marks on Maya's arms (where he tore her dress from) AND marks on her neck too! Which basically means he bit or kissed her on the neck which left a mark/hickey/lovebite

It cant be just physical assault... Why would a person feel the sudden need to kiss/bite someone's neck while assaulting them???
And one is fully capable of physically assaulting a person without tearing their dress :)
If it's not sexual assault then I don't know what is...
Yes I know maya abducted Arjun... Drugged him... But she is a labelled psycho... Many of her actions are wrong... If she should be punished for this then Ayan definitely should be punished for molestation...
Even if maya staged whole thing... Ayan's intensions were not that good either... Not only maya even Ayan was saved by samay's entry... If he didn't stop him he would have definitely gone ahead and then he couldn't hide behind his mother's pallu by saying maine kuchh nahi kiya...

It was a physical assault bordering on sexual violation and comparing it to other crimes doesn't make it any less of an offence. What if Samay hadn't reached the spot? He was under the influence of alcohol clearly clouding his judgement. I am not defending Maya's actions - she has crossed limits with Arjun that doesn't give Ayaan the right to become a vigilante and take law in his hands. If he was so concerned he should have gone an filed a police complaint against Maya. Physically assaulting her- not done , under any circumstance. Please read the post I was replying to: "he becomes the worst character in Beyhadh"

If Maya has done things that are many orders of magnitude worse, Ayan isn't close to being the worst character.

If Samay hadn't reached the spot, Ayan probably would have found the keys and rescued his brother.

I agree that Ayan should have contacted the police first (although I'm not sure how much they would do). But alcohol, and seeing your family member drugged and abducted, can cloud your judgment. Once again, I am not denying that what Ayan did was wrong.

I am sorry but where did they show maya hid the keys in her dress???? I have seen many people saying this I think I missed the part...
And second question why did he need to take his mouth near her neck to find the keys..???
Maya is a psycho... But Ayan is not innocent either... He clearly molested maya... And he was saved by samay... Otherwise who knows how far he would have gone..
P.S : I am not supporting maya here neither justifying her actions... My point here is just that molestation case against Ayan is not wrong... Even if maya staged all this ayan's intentions were not that innocent either...
