If samay going to be with Maya once she proven mad and bad,how come Maya will believe him.y would Maya believe him?.In court case if he supports Maya,then Maya will win..If he is not,y would Maya go with him??

Oh man! I don't know what to say..The way Jen acts, the way Maya is written, you just can not hate her.. call me biased, I don't care.. I blame it on the writing and Jen's acting.. Again, today it was not entirely Maya's doing.. just like the day she spiked the drinks, provoked Vandana.. Today again, she anticipated a lot of things and maneuvered things in A way that Ayaan could get trapped IF ( and that's a big IF) he crossed the line.. It's like army setting anti mines in place for the enemy. IF they step on it, the anti-mines will go off and explode.. Maya locked Jhanvi, then asked her to stay put, tied Arjun because she did not want anyone to come in between her and Ayaan. Coming to Ayaan, is he innocent like he's claiming? Mene kucch nahi kiya ?? BULL SHITTT!

1. Tresspassing/Forced entry into private property ( offence )- Maya had asked him to leave multiple times , he didn't.

2. Physical assault -pulling her hair, pushing and shoving what was all that? Kuch nahi kiya Ayaan?

Yes, he did not rape her.. he had no intentions to rape her. He probably was looking for the key Maya had hid in her dress. BUT, was that the way to get the keys out of her? Tear her clothes and apply force? Ayaan, you are NOT innocent. So stop pretending and lying.

3. Threatening to molest her ( offence ) What else could he mean by saying aisi halat karunga ki ankh uthake nahi dekh payegi? what the hell, you moron!

Maya had anticipated a confrontation with Ayaan that could go physical and violent and she wanted it. She wanted a case against Ayaan. But I do not think she had anticipated that Ayaan will cross his limits to this extent. Her reaction post the incident, her shock was genuine. It helped her get rid of Ayaan yes, so she might be relieved deep down.. but the physical assault she had to endure to get what she wanted has jolted her.

I broke down today ... when Maya broke down infront of Arjun..I broke down with her .. For the first time in a longgg time, I think Arjun felt sorry for her.. not because she was assaulted ( I think he still doesn't believe Ayaan molested her ).. but he felt sorry for this girl who he knows is crazy but her love is true even if he doesn't want it anymore..

Lastly, how did Arjun free himself? his ropes came off on their own...? Too much of a co-incidence that he was free to save Maya from committing suicide..

I think Maya will take back the case on Ayan, in order to negotiate with Arjun to stay with her..
Bcoz i dont think show will go on court case and police investigation direcetion..

I didn't watch today's episode and after reading the posts here I'm glad that I didn't watch it.

From what I have read here, I must say it's pretty sick.

If Maya did all this on purpose then I'm must say they are insulting hundreds of rape victims. No woman in her right mind would want a man misbehaving with her no matter what the situation is.

The CV's have done something very wrong in the name of breaking stereotype.

And coming to Ayaan, I always thought that this guy will at least respect the relation he shares with Maya. But after watching the precap and reading the posts here, I changed my mind. No matter what explanation he give, what he did is wrong in so many levels.

My guess is this track is to prove that Saanjh is indeed a lawyer and the all of VM's family are saints.

I think this time there are chances of maya winning & losing equally.

And whatever done by ayaan was shameful act.

If he wanted keys of his brother room he cud have just slapped maya and throw her aside but No he had to disgrace her & tore her clothes, & in alcoholic intake his mind was more into overpower woman like any man.

He was wrong anyway to do such things on a girl & it was a disgusting act. And we know he is a Casanova already.

And maya might have tied arjun to not let him go anywhere may be I felt.

Samay had seen the last moments and tried to stop ayan so does this means he will also be a witness for the incident ?

Did maya said that ayan raped her ? Or tried to rape her ? , to arjun I got confused there...

And what about jhanvi looks ? These days I'm tired of her looks... I want her to bloody speak up something LOL

Vandana is a bloody idiot who always thinks her sons are righteous always. She is one herself irrational woman.

So.. now saanjh will fight this case.

But situation is more favoring towards maya don't u think ?

And abt arjun from history with maya I don't think he believes her, he will believe his bro definitely than maya.

But whatever today happened was terrible. Ayaan has done the most disgusting act. Whatevr vandana tells ayaan is at wrong .

And like someone said maya might put forth conditions and take back the case may be. Bcz then only cvs can have something to show Na. Haha

Today's was a disgusting episode.. :((

It's pathetic on Ayaan's part to do such a thing with her.. it was cringeworthy.. When he said he doesn't care abt women like Maya, I was like man shut up! Who gave u the right to decide ones punishment?! It's for law to decide, why taking law in ur hand?

No matter what happened to your brother, u have no right to misbehave with a woman like that . What's wrong is wrong!!! For me today Ayaan has been completely ruined. Sick!! Totally sick 🤢

And what was that "I haven't done anything?! " 😲

Seems both brothers just know one thing, that is to throw allegations on Maya n present a sob story.

And I think Maya kind of expected him to do this. He was drunk and angry. And thus called the police. Either she wanted him to attempt rape on her, or maybe she didn't know earlier but thought later that she can use this as a way to manipulate Arjun.

Was she sad that an attempt of molestation occurred on her? I don't think so, didn't feel so due the BGM was used and the fact Arjun's hands were opened in the morning.. for her to exaggerate the incident to Arjun. But what she said to Arjun abt her love and his hatred was genuine. I really felt bad for her in that part .. And when she said she's bholi n he's not, I really loved it as that the truth he isn't any bhola , and she's right, his hatred nd sob story led to this, so Arjun ruined 2 lives here, Maya n Ayaan.

The screenplay is such that again as usual we can't say Maya was wrong ... The thing I love abt beyhadh😃

Shruthi di I feel Maya can win this game as CCTV footage can be modified nd only Ayaan Maya parts can be shown. As per law Maya can win, and use this to negotiate or trap Arjun forever. But don't think Arjun will trust her fully ...

Moreover feel it's kind of early for her to lose. She'll win till the end of season 2 . After that the past will come out together nd she's fall badly then. Maybe the truth abt first pregnancy too. Just waiting for Jhanvi to speak up. Arjun's truth will also come out maybe, After that hopefully we'll be heading towards redemption track😊

Btw did Maya lock Jhanvi? So maybe Jhanvi saw everything.. she too can be an eye witness

And Shruthi di ur prediction on the day when Ayan n Maya fell together that they'll go in the same path came true ... Ayaan too became like her, crossed all limits. How u saw that so many days ago !! 👍🏼

I am a little confused, was Ayaan trying to take the keys or was he trying to rape her? Wn Samay suddenly held him, it was like he got jolted from his beastness n was like maine kuch nahi kiya. For whatever reason, he tearing Mayas clothes was not done n moreover he was on her. Maya must have expected him to hit her or something on those lines, but i don't think she expected him to molest her. Moreover, what were his dialogues, main tumhare saath aisa kuch karunga ki tum muh dikhane ke layak nahi rahogi...wt were his intentions actually?

Samay confused me today. What were those expressions? He supposedly loves Maya, but i cud not feel any pain in his eyes. Same with Jhaanvi. When Maya was talking to Arjun, Jhaanvi was like unfazed, it was as if shez telling dt Maya is lying. Jhaanvi did see something, coz her door was partially open. I thot Arjun won't believe Maya, but he seems to believe her as of now, which is shocking to me.

Saanjh saying liquor makes ppl do things is really odd. Then why do Vandy n Saanjh allow Ayan n Arjun to drink? If dis is how ppl behave after drinking, nobody shud drink. Thatz d lamest excuse. So when Arjun said ILU in drunken state, was that also nullified?

PS: I cried today looking at Maya 😭

Watched the episode. This was such a sad episode. I couldn't stop crying looking at Maya's condition when she was crying to Arjun. 😭

I am confused about Ayaan though. It looked like he was raping, but when Maya said he attempted raping her, why did his face fell down? It seemed like he didn't mean to rape her or had the intention to do so unless he was just faking that face. But it doesn't matter even if he didn't mean to because anyone watching will think he's raping her since he was doing all the things only rapists do. Maya wasn't faking to think he tried raping her because any girl in her place would think a man tearing her clothes and saying such disgusting dialogues is trying to rape her. If God forbid a man does tear a woman's clothes and does everything like how a rapist does, what is the woman suppose to think? Why will she think it's not rape just because the man says he wasn't raping her? It's not like Maya can be a mind reader and look at Ayaan's mind to find out for sure if he intended to rape or not. For her, obviously it's a rape. Regardless whether he intended or not, he was doing everything a rapist does. So he should STFU.

Anyway, other than the way he seemed shock which like I said more likely it was him faking because all his actions point towards him intending to rape her. He did mean to rape her. So I dont get why he's now acting shocked and then acting innocent saying he didn't do anything. Cvs have completely ruined his character. Just two days ago I was calling him the sweetest character and the actual white character in the show where almost everyone's character is grey. But Cvs have completely made him from white to a black character now. Not even grey. I was so disgusted by him.

Also, what the hell does he mean Maya kind of woman deserve this or that's what he does to Maya like woman? Who is he to decide what Maya like woman deserve? No woman deserve rape, let alone Maya. But what can be expected from him. He's after all Vandana's son who also think she know better than God when she acted like God in the mandir with Maya. They are so disgusting. In this show, only Maya, Arjun, and saanjh are a bit tolerable and don't act like God. This Vandana and Ayaan completely think they know more than God. It's good Arjun wasn't raised by Vandana. He may have been turned that way too. I liked Saanjh asking Ayaan the truth. At least, here she acted sensible. But I am sure she will get blind too later and fight for the criminal Ayaan. But still, at least I wouldn't hate her in this track as much unless the Cvs portray her bad. She didnt act blind. Later, however, she will get blinded listening to Vandana and Ayaan's lies which though wrong but still will make sense for why she will get blind. Wouldn't be completely her fault unless the Cvs doesn't show that way and again show her completely wrong. Let's see what happens.

Whatever happens now on, one thing we can safely say is that we will get to witness a very busy Saanjh fighting a lot of court cases! Her potential client list is only growing day by day!
Ayan's rape attempt case
Maya-Arjun divorce suit
Ashwin's murder trial case
& sadly Mauritius case may not be pursued as it is out of jurisdiction!
Will it turn out to be very boring if we are forced to watch Sony TV's penchant for crime & Adalat flavor!
Or we will get enlightened on legal wisdom!
The Jury is out . . .

Another interesting question can be -is Samay's timely heroic act, just a pure coincidence?
Or he has some hand in this sordid drama!
A chance to score some brownie points with Maya!
One can't help but recalling his scene of unhappy/angry punching in air, when Sharma's were hugging/rejoicing!
How does it connect here?
A trouble in sharma's family can fuel ArYa's break-up! And Saanjh-Maya face off will happen at some stage!
It is an ideal opportunity to manipulate both the girls to his advantage, if he gets into a right position by then! With Saanjh, no probs! But Maya, he has to still do his home work!
Lets wait & see how he makes his move in coming episodes!

@sunithi Samay will say what he saw, he cannot say what he didnt see. Samay didnt see Ayan tearing of Maya's clothes, and didnt hear those disgusting dialogues. So his testimony can be twisted with a clever defense lawyer. There is only one person who has seen and heard what happened. Jhanvi and she cannot speak

@Mistydawn Ayan crossed many limits today. Yes Maya expected him. See she had kept the keys of Arjun's room in perfect visible area. She wanted a tussle for those keys. But where she went wrong is the way Ayan dealt with her. Like a man who thinks rape is the way to over power a woman he went for her. No she didnt expect this. Arjun's rope I guess Maya took and I feel she hanged on to it. In a way it was symbolic, the ropes on Arjun leading to Maya's death or almost death. Jhanvi woke up Arjun and she indicated to him where Maya is. I simply dont understand why this woman wants to keep Maya alive. It would have been much better if she dies.

@selly Maya will offer, but Saanjh will decide to fight is my take and most probably that part will what will convince Saanjh Ayan is right and Maya set him up

@jane Maya didnt set up her molestation. Yes maybe she expected a physical tussle ( not sexual offense, I hope you understand). But Ayan went extreme in his dialogues and yes it was an attempt of rape.

@Nithu it looks it favours Maya. But there are many loop holes where an intelligent defense lawyer can turn the tables.

@aditi it is said that your strength of character comes out in the time of moral conflict. It is when your sanskaar comes out. When we watch Ramayan, after conquering Lanka look at the way Ram behaves with the women of Lanka. Look at the dignity he shows to Mandodari, Kaikasi and Sulochana. Kaikasi is Mata, Mandodari is Devi. It shows what kind of sanskaar he was given by Kousalya, Kaikeyi and Sumitra. Remember the way he speaks even to Trijatha. Mata I will forgive if you leave the path. Remember the way he wants to protect Surpi's honor even after she makes advances towards him. That's a man.

Now what kind of sanskaar Vandana Mata has given to her son. That woman is a property and to over power you have to rape her. Arrey if you have to fight, have a physical combat which is not sexual. Dont use derogatory dialogue like I know how to deal with women like you. This is what I have been telling. Sitting in a room and writing and talking about morality and ethics is easy. When challenged show that in your actions. Ayan failed here completely. And if Vandana is going to justify it saying Maya deserves rape then I have nothing better to say about her.
