Wow people really like to say that they don't bash anyone personally etc etc. Just look at this thread. A person who reads this post will clearly understand the mentality of people here. The ones who were saying that they don't do personal bashing is also doing the very same thing.

Why don't the MODS just close this post also? The other post was bad but this is worse. Way to go people.🤢

Is it OK?

Calling saanjh a s**t is character bashing

Calling the real human a s**t is a crime

The second one is certainly much more wrong then the first one

But the degree of punishment will always vary. If tannvi is reported, she might get a certain lower degree of ban or whatsover. Originals will get a higher degree punishment and that itself will say the importance of weightage.

It is not fine. But I have neither called Saanjh a s**t nor have I used this. Better talk to the Originals about it. Just because Maya's other fans call Saanjh a s**t, it does not mean I am calling her that. I am not responsible for others statement.

I used u as example to make u understand because when it comes to u then only u understand. By no means I said that u called saanjh a s**t. But many maya fans have called saanjh a s**t, difference is only that we never reacted like originalfan reacted because it is morally and ethically wrong.

You might consider shop lifting and a terrorist attack equal but that doesn't mean they are, the terrorist attack would on any day be much more severe

A mistake is a mistake but all mistakes are not rule breakings and all rule breakings are not crime.

Saying Maya you be punished or Saanjh should die is a mistake but isn't rule breaking, saying delusional and what not is not just mistake but also violation of rules and saying about r**pe is a not just a mistake or violation of rule but also criminal offense

So they are responsible for their statement. But most of the Saanjh supporters have been badmouthing Maya & her supporters in the CC.

It is the mods job to decide the punishment. If a member is abused despite not being at fault, it is a different story. I have been participating in this forum & have seen the same persons coming back with a new id.

Exactly they are responsible so the point is completely wrong when I m blamed for instigating originalfan.

Character bashing is something that normal these days but throwing a rape comment over real female is crime. It's a worst comment ever. Something that shouldn't even been said to enemies. So saying that u instigated her so she said is no justification. What I said was not even 1 percent to what she said to me.

I dont see maya fans asking anytime such qtns. No one makes a post " why cant u all stand maya ?" something on those terms.

Why TM isn't mentioning abt this irrelevant stuff ? And why isnt TM talking abt mockery of real people few fans are doing in the name of fictional characters???

I normally avoid certain type of comments and posts, I am breaking my rule since you have quoted me. First of all this post is about abusing a living breathing human being with the worst kind of abuse possible. It is a cyber crime. If Tanvi lodges a complaint to cyber cell the person who abused Tanvi might end up in deep trouble. It seems the easiest thing in the world to sit behind computer screens and attack other people but people don't understand the seriousness of the issue. Cyber bullying is a very serious issue and it takes seconds for the cyber cell to track the person who post offensive stuff down.

How did this post become about fictional characters? You might want to go through the thread and you will get your answer. You don't like Sanj, your own free will buddy. You want to call her all those names and more go right ahead. It won't affect me in any way cos Sanj is not even a living person. But the person who are using these filthy names is a live persons and the names they use shows their own mindset,so go right ahead and call any character whatever you want.

you have a problem with me applauding what Rida wrote. I liked what she wrote and I wanted to applaud her writing. You don't like it, you have no choice but to suck it up. I am free to appreciate and applaud whoever I like and for whatever reason.

if people are still not getting the seriousness of this topic still, I think it is time for everyone to give up. Tanvi should just go ahead and lodge a complaint to the law enforcing officials and call it a day.
