@bold: That is what I'm saying. I have seen your fellow members calling us ridiculous, delusional, fanatics, and what not just because we don't agree with them. An offense might be an offense, but weight does matter, you can not give the same punishment to an international terrorist and a petty thief (under the laws of any country in the world)

Aside "delusional, ridiculous, fanatics", etc. are not covered in the Cyber Law of India but the word r**e is covered under it

I once again say that I am not defending Originals. When the rape is not taking place between Arya, why should you even mention that word? It all started with that. it is better if you talk to her about this and sort out things with her. By the way, even if her account gets banned, she knows how to get it back.

anybody says anything against maya then u will be attacked personally and u r responsible for it. Is this what ur saying?

Any body gets angry on maya s character or feel that she is about to kill a character.

If someone said crime is on the way then u will say oh wow are u going to get killed

Who said that these not personal attacks or are allowed in IF? I very well know these are plain derogatory and not permissible in IF and anyone involved in it should be immediately reported, I am just saying that these aren't crime under Cyber Law of India unlike the r**e comment

And hence the weightage of the offense does matter

I am not here to calculate the weightage here. according to the rules, mistake is a mistake. It is applicable for all the members here. Personal attacks are not allowed but still it takes place.
