If Arjun isn't a good husband, she should have either confronted him regarding the same or divorced him, rather than controlling him. If she chooses the method of controlling him, it is not only because she never has seen real love, it is the fact that she wants to win him, to control him, to control her love, because she feels its her right. If he didn't love her, yet she wants to control him, she clearly doesn't see that there is space between two people no matter how they are close.

Clearly, her love is toxic. That believes in choking the person too if he doesn't love her too. Because, that is her definition of love. He doesn't love her was clearly established in the later episodes of marriage. But, she doesn't leave him, she doesn't hate him, instead she controls him. Because she believes that love works that way.

Arjun is clearly at fault. But had if she had got a good husband too, somewhere her insecurities might have showed up. But that husband would have taken her care and understood her emotional needs and would have asked her to show up for treatment.

But, it is Arjun and her Beyhadhness has showed up now. That suppressed feelings have come up and no one is tending to it. AND that is the whole point of how thrilling Beyhadh is going to be. Because Beyhadh was about a dark thriller and not a love story where the guy changes the girl with his love. It is not a gender role reversal of other serials.

I repeat, I never said Arjun is a saint and I never said Maya is the sole cause or whatever. If I liked the episode doesn't mean, I hate Maya.

Anyways, we might agree to disagree. So, I end my argument here. 😛

I have not demanded an explanation, there's a difference between demanding an answer and a query that aims at understanding something better. Latter is what I was doing. I have never once asked you to explain me as to why you posted what you did or why you pressed liked button for a post, on the contrary, you seem to do that a lot to me.

I have always believed that forum is divided into sections, as in the viewers of this show are divided into sections based on what they think of the show and its characters. But I can't be expected to wrap my head around the notion that the ones who liked the episode are 'haters'. This is exactly what I had told you in one of your other threads too, if you're okay with terming a section of audience as 'haters' or 'bashers', please remember you might have to be okay with it too if any of the other sections refers to you as a 'hater'.

Now that you have said that the thread is for like minded members (although the note on the first page isn't supporting your answer) I'll make an exit. 😊
