Only if Arjun has truly married Maya for her worldly possessions and not for love, and if Maya is aware of this, I pity Arjun. He doesn't deserve anyone's pity, because he's a selfish, self-centred, heartless petty Duffer, but Maya will soon bring him back to the filthy ground.
Maya has said in the beginning of the show "Pyaar usse karo jisse control kar sako, agar pyaar aakpo control karne lage, toh usse barbad kar do." [Love the one you can control, if love begins to control you, destroy it.] Admittedly, Maya has changed ever since, but control still remains essential in Maya's life, although now, she just enacts in indirectly. She will destroy Arjun if he turns out to be like Ashwin, unlike Jhanvi, she will make Arjun's life living hell.
