I did not watch the precap but the episode gave me a glimpse of the old Maya. I feel Maya is the one who killed Ashwin. That's the reason she confessed to her crime in the police station as she knew that they would get to know about her mom's accident and the note. I don't know how Maya got to know about the note but she must have known it. Also, she again changed her expressions while apologizing to Janvi and I noticed a little hesitation in Janvi's face.

As much as I don't want it to be Maya the cvs are making us think it is Maya
There is no suspense left in the murder if that's the case
The cvs are completely butchering Maya's character then, by turning her completely black
I was rooting for a grey Maya not a black one
I can't believe that Maya would do something like this cuz she is the same Maya that jumped into the water for her mom even when she could swim 🥱

She could have said sorry to jhanvi about something else ;)
But we are not too sure
As I said beyhadh mein kuch bhi ho sakta hai ;)

Plus she was also telling meri galti ki sazaa meri beti ko mat do. If Maya is the killer, why would Jhanvi call her? If Maya is the killer the show becomes too predictable. Beyhadh is a thriller. I feel it is is the 4th person behind the murder. It can also be Arjun's lookalike.

Jhanvi had given a written confession that she killed Ashwin. Does that mean that she killed him? Maya could not even tell the details convincingly to the inspector. He could make out that she is taking the blame on her head to save Arjun.

If I confess the crime that I didn't commit does it make me a killer?

I only caught the precap and haven't seen the episode as yet, but from what I have read all over the forum, it's going to be intensely interesting
