It was the funniest Shadhi I have ever watched in Tv world. It was an interesting episode. All three of them was so in character. Arjun was at his duffermost best. His happy proud smirk when Maya twisted his vachan to make it a dead trap lol. I actually like him this way, clueless when Maya traps him in her traps. I loved Maya, she was so maya like. Her 7th vachan I will take you with me to death was beautifully done, her change in expression when Sanj stopped the vachan. Her attempts to hide her crazy anger at Sanj, everything was so in character. The way she twisted Arjun's vachan, I was like you go girl.
Sanj was at her sweetest best today. Sanj's beautiful smile brights up any darkness. Loved her definition of love, when you drown you give life to your love (remembered jack and Rose , she is typical Jack lol). The contrast was beautiful, Maya's is the kind of love that destroys, will take Arjun's life if she has to keep him with her and she would not hesitate to give her life for Arjun either. Death and life does not matter to her, all it matters is Arjun should be with her in life and death. Sanj's is the poetic, beautifu, selfless love. While I went awww at Sanj's dialogues and loved her definition of love I think I am more for the Maya kind of love. Either way I enjoy both and love both. Loved all the dialogues written for Sanj today, loved the song sequence. It was an Arjun maya wedding with so much of Arjun Sanj and Sanj maya. I was surprised at how little the marriage was about Arjun Maya and how much more it was about Sanj Arjun. I have a feeling that one day Maya will hand over Arjun back to Sanj the way Sanj handed over Arjun to Maya. Poor Arjun is the passing the parcel that gets passed back and forth lol.
I was totally laughing at Suman's expression throughout the episode, she was standing there like a bomb exploded. For the life of me I cannot blame Vandana, she is a typical mom. Why would she care for Maya, rightfully her concern is and should only be about Arjun and his happiness. She is a typical over protective Indian interfering mom lol.
Other things that cracked me up today was the Pandit's kaise mantr, kaise Pooja, kaise shadhi and at Maya's command he starts reading the mantr safely standing outside the fire. A crazy shadhi indeed.
In between all this hangama I totally forgot Ashwin and his turn to come and drop himself on the fire. His feeble rukho was the last straw and I really burst out laughing at that point. The way he comes and drops himself into the fire was another comedy. I somehow feel sad for such a pathetic last scene for such a gripping character like Ashwin. So now Ashwin is gone but Vandana will ignite the crazy Maya. Maya is the sweetest girl in the world if all goes according to her plans and the world is in her fist, but the minute she loses control of the situation, the craziness starts. She herself stopped Sanj to Tie Arjun with her, but when that whole song sequence started the bonding of Arjun and Sanj the crazy Maya comes out. So let us get ready for Maya's next trigger I am guessing Vandana, she will trigger Maya's craziness next
PS: I loved how beautiful Sanj and Maya looked, oh god is there only an Arjun duffer in thus world for these 2 strong, beautiful, intelligent women. But to be frank, his duffermess is cute sometimes except when he is idiotically selfish
