Hello people,
Since yesterday's episode caused everyone to share some thing or the other, so I thought why not me too. Well, firstly the CV's need to stop showing Saanjh so dumb...I mean how could she think that Arjun planned to propose her when he wasn't even aware of her arriving Mauritius in the first place. They are ruining her and they need to stop that...I hope after this they bring out the true potential of her character.
Also it seemed to a lot that Maya doesn't trust Arjun since she never told him her full past truth or Maya doesn't really love Arjun, she just feels secure around him which she thinks love. But I believe Maya truly loves and trusts Arjun even if she doesn't realize and proof is she slept in Arjun's arms... now I know for many it's not a big deal but look from Maya's perspective, she is an insomniac...her past haunts her to such an extend that sleep has left her because no place made her feel secure enough, not even her room that she gives in to sleep. If you've seen the movie 'Shaandar' and though it was a rom-com in that Alia was a insomniac and her Dadđ always wanted her to sleep...have her own dreams and it was Shahid with whom she had fell asleep for the first time...Alia's sister had said that Alia couldn't find a better guy than him who makes her feel secure enough to fall asleep, who gave her her own dreams. Even a normal person at extreme stress couldn't sleep and here Maya's past has taken her sleep and peace away from her. So, for Maya Arjun is that guy...she feels secure enough to fall asleep in his presence and trusts him to keep her demons, her past at bay from haunting her... this is what love is, gives you ultimate security with its mere presence and Arjun hadn't have to work to make Maya fall asleep. I believe with time Maya would acknowledge her faith on Arjun enough to fully open up to him about her past she hasn't.
Now about many believing that Maya had dropped the token of love like the flowers and letters from Arjun that she won't be able to treasure his love and Saanjh finding them means she'll gain his love at the end... Well it was more of CV's fault then any symbolism being applied because if true Maya wouldn't throw away things Arjun drops accidentally around her and here it's his given tokens. At the episode where she came to Arjun to share her past and she had the dress gifted by him with her, there were moments I felt that she would forget to take it and leave. But Maya proved me wrong and not for one moment she forgot to take that gift with her...so yesterday's episode it was CV's fault in writing down and making Maya drop them for Saanjh to follow otherwise Maya would never drop them anywhere so carelessly.
Than another thing that it might seem as Maya is controlling Arjun and dictating him...well I disagree. Even Saanjh use to tell Arjun what to do and what not, he is just kind of guy who needs looking after. I mean the times whenever Arjun has done things on his own has land him most of the times in trouble...so he could never be left fully in control on his own, he needs a little watching over someone, be it Saanjh or Maya...it's just that Maya's way seems dominating due to her personality while Saanjh's seem sort of timid. Then again with Maya, there seems to be sense of responsibility and maturity is seen in Arun...for Maya he would grow up and be more responsible to just let her lay back and let go for once.
Also about the precap with again a Pandit and his prediction...well I'm truly not liking the Pandit appearances. I mean if truly future or future dangers could be predicted than everyone would be doing that & no one would've complaints about 'Life is unpredictable' or 'Life is unfair'. I believe nothing in future is pre-determined, the decisions we make today are the once which shape our future... but these Pandit & it's predictions are shown as if what he says are lined written on stone and if you're meant to be doomed than you're doomed and there isn't any redemption or trying to change for better. Like really, it's like the CV' s are encouraging superstitious for me & trust me India has it's fair share of it without daily soaps showing it... I did very much like if Maya proofs all these predictions wrong by redeeming herself & makes a better person out of Arjun & herself...proving that no Pandit can predict future but it's we who make out own future.
