Seriously Arjun may be talented but is too unprofessional. Phone has to be switched off or on silent on work and he can't just barge in meetings whenever he want. When Saanjh came and took him; he needed tell a clear No. Cause he should not behave a boss. She is his boss and yet tolerating his unprofessional behaviour.

Also Saanjh is a child. She can't babysit Arjun forever and needs to concentrate on her own work instead of all time thinking of him, disturbing him in his work too and just leaving her office whenever gotten a chance to. That is extremely stupid and very unprofessional from her side too. She will go no far with this behaviour.

And then getting alcohol, drinking on your workplace where you're supposed to only work and spilling it around is not just unprofessional but rude too.

Had to make a post cause that was so irritating in the episode. I really want Maya not to hire him again. Cause he doesn't deserve that job. He doesn't deserve any job.

this is exactly what i was going to post

arjun does love his work and at times he does take it seriously but hes too unprofessional and im quite shocked maya takes it so lightly against arjun

and saajh on the second hand, wasnt she the one always encouraging arjun to find a job and help him succeed in his job and there she comes to his work place to take him out and eat ice cream even when arjun said no and he knows quite well how Maya will react, is she trying to get arjun fired

and alcohol and partying in the office? seriously cant they see cctv cameras are there. highly unprofessional

Childish act by Saanjh. I thought she was mature.

Arjun couldn't even say no to her. Bachcha hai kya ? Ek bar galti se phone aa bhi gaya toh you immediately switch off the phone.

Don't understand why Maya is forgiving his mistakes every time.

That is the point

I dnt even like his unprofessional behaviour

But that it is how is his character and isnt gonna change in a day bcz hez working for maya

This is what gonna happen he does make mistakes or try to change her rules,maya whoz a control freak cant tolerate her rules being broken will fire him or punish him.arjun will again get back to her by doing unusual she again hires him.after all this will b repeated thn she falls for him thn the real story will start on.

Arjun has raw untapped talent when it comes to photography, he lacks professionalism though . Maya tolerates him for his talent but as of now his talent is not worth the issues he causes

I feel like excepting Maya's character/Jenny's performance, the show as a whole lacks depth. I'm sort of disappointed after the first two episodes. Arjun's trivializing work ethics and Maya should seriously fire him. It goes against her character if she keeps giving him chances after chances.

@TM - Didn't see your post before making mine. I agree - they are both extremely unprofessional. Can't understand why Maya would keep Arjun around!

Saanjh pissed me off in yesteday's episode. She expects that every time she calls Arjun, he has to pick up the phone. And she has the habit of just barging anywhere. Arjun's behaviour was outright unprofessional, he deserves to be terminated. True, he is talented but he also has to be professional, not act like a rebellious teenager.

Why only Maya? No boss will tolerate this unprofessional behaviour. If Arjun wants a break, he should inform Maya about it. Moreover, he cannot take a break as he is a new joinee. maya had given him the responsibility to complete the presentation within 2 hours. So he has to focus on his work.

As for Saanjh, it is not completely her fault as it was her boss who forced her to go to his office. But she cannot barge in to the workplace. She has to wait outside patiently. She is not supposed to enter an organization only to meet a person during working hours.

Arjun should have been firm saying that he cannot come with her as he has to keep the presentation ready for the meeting.

Maya might have started loving him but she is very professional though her behaviour is different. But how can she mix up personal life with her work?
