if they start spoiling her character and ruining it now only for a guy, then I really don't wanna watch the show more 🥱

Saanjh is actually replacing his mother to him because friends do worry and all that but this was too much, even for someone in love.

No. You can't just neglect your own work and then disturb someone else too 😕

Even I felt that. Maya is shown to be merciless towards her staff & fires them if they cross the line of rules set by her. But here Arjun is going overboard crossing every limit & his behavior in the office comes across as irritating even for us viewers but he's constantly managing to get his job back. There can be only one explanation for her lenient behavior towards him ...& that is she might be getting attracted to him 😆 otherwise I see no other reason for her leniency towards him 😆

She isn't getting attracted to him but it is shown that in front of a man, a woman is powerless and has no willpower 🥱

seriously, it is about ethics and her rules, she is the boss there and yet he is acting as if he rules the company and not vice versa

his actions are irrelevant and dont bring any consequences which shouldn't be the case. He should have to bear the consequences of his careless and unprofessional lifestyle but nah, that's not going to happen because makers rather ruin Maya's character and focus solely on their love story which can't happen outside the office premises or what? 😕

Same. I dont have much tolerance for oversmart leads. If it was a male lead he would have already pushed the female lead onto the wall for a eye lock scene.. and made her cry😆. Not that I am saying she should do the same, its just bothering me that shes not doing anything.

Ikr, this I had in my mind since long but didn't say cause else some would have come with men's rights and f**k feminism and all 😆
but had it been gender reverse, female Arjun would have gotten fired the first time and not given any other chance and would have made to cry at least 1000 times

Maya's lack of action has the potential of killing the character and making it nonsensical.

And also it has the potential of losing it's young viewer at least

I will only see the next epis, if he's again back to work and doesn't have to bear any consequences of his careless and unprofessional teeny behaviour, then am out. Seriously, I don't need to watch this nonsense then. Because it will be a proof enough for me that makers have already ruined her character and will keep ruining it for the sake of a love story

and I didn't start watching the show for a love story, I watch it for Maya's character, for her past. She is the interesting character here, the love story is going to be like any other one. I don't need that love shit 😆

but she can't just give up on her ethics and the rules of her office and change her "personality" by that just in a day, that's unprofessional from her side too and by what we saw until now, she fires people without hesitating, so she doesn't need to bear his nonsense because he lacks that ability to work at all. He is careless and unprofessional and acts like a teen and that's unacceptable to any boss in the world.

I think she's taking time to understand Arjun's antics..How he messes up everything n does something right to cover that up.
Remember, she wasn't impressed by Arjun extra snartness but her picture captured by him n the theory he presented kind of drawn her towards him..
She's not attracted towards him but constantly trying to figure our when everyone else is so damn afraid of her how he's so carefree around her.

One more thing even with Sanjh she had her own moment..I wonder though if she was satisfied or amused to see Sanjh all worked up in her presence..
But later her confidence kind of worked for Maya n she looked pleased with her.

The thing is that the other staff are not as stubborn and persistent like Arjun is who keeps trying to come back irrespective of the number of times he's been fired. The others give up without even trying to get back. I feel Maya values persistence and determination as a result of which she put that quote "winners never quit, and quitters never win". But then this isn't the only show where a serious no nonsense lead has gone soft on the co-star's character.
