Recent theory doing rounds in the forum , calling some one tum= disrespecting him/ her 😕 👏
So does that mean , if we call some one aap we are really respecting her/him ?? 🤓
The entire office calls her maam and aap etc becoz they're shit scared of her , all of them considers her as Lady Hitler , how much they respect her as a person is up to question , two of her employees were in fact happy and giving out sweetmeats after getting sacked !!! 😲 😆
Arjun is a chilled out person , he likes to be friendly cordial and informal with people, it has nothing got to do with him disrespecting her as a person and thank God , Maya , being smarter than us, can see the difference between informality and disrespect.
He hurriedly went to explain his flirtation with the designer guy as soon as they left to Maya ?? He didn't wanted Maya to misunderstand his character and that proves that he respects her though he's often pissed off by her iron glove policy and strict enforcement of rules , or else he wouldn't have bothered , because the important thing , to get the job done and convince the clients , was achieved by him and hey, wasn't it Maya who expressly told him he should be ready to do anything for the sake of success ??
So ?? Why did he bother explaining his behavior ??
He's of a good character , come on , give him some credit , at least he doesn't ogle Maya as if she's a "babe" .
Plus he craves for getting acknowledgement from her , that's why he ran after her car to hear a thank you from her mouth .
Maya have seen too many people in her life to differentiate and understand things with much greater depth.
Why people only talk about him drinking in the office and breaking rules ?? what about his good qualities ?? If we go on harping on his faults only we won't be able to look beyond them and see the good qualities.
He's loyal to his team mates , he's asking to get sacked but pleading to keep the other two team members in job. The way I've seen this world , most guys would try to save their own job , no matter how many lose their job in the process.
Previously also he insisted to bring back those employees who lost their job , the receptionist and the guard.
The fact that Maya gave a big explanation and almost requested him to choose to stay on the job proves the fact that she's impressed with his ingrained loyalty to people . This is more than what she'll do for most.
Plus the very fact that he is chilled out in her presence and not at all intimidated by her and also calls her openly and casually by her name and Tum are some of the things that sets him apart from the thousand of other handsome guys she has seen in her entire life. His different attitude is what pisses her off , annoys and infuriates her , but at the same time challenges her and he's always in her radder . She wants Arjun to sit at a place where she can keep her eyes on him and by doing so , she's unconsciously making sure she's always eyeing him , even when she's busy with her work she's time and attention to notice his phone buzzing !
Had Arjun been how many forumites want him to be , polite , non-rebellious , rule-abiding , their love story wouldn't have ever happened.
Plus human mind is a mystery , you can't dictate or predict how person A will behave with person B , based on how she/he behaves with persons C to Z. So there's no point or logic in saying "She should've permanently fired him by now" She should've objected to being called Tum and Maya. " , heck for all we know she secretly enjoys being addressed so..
Even in the meeting , after the presentation was over , Maya straight went to ask Arjun , and not her old loyal long term experienced employees , for ideas and once he , a complete novice and with out any experience , said he's some plans , she just left it on him to handle, when it's such an important deal !!!!
She trusts him , he's a rule breaker but he's talented and extremely ambitious and loyal , plus there's a hidden under current of attraction ( not love , not yet mind it ! ) between them , which we must take into account or we'll miss half the scenerio.
