As much as my Arya heart breaks over the rejection, I won't exactly blame Arjun, love takes it's own time and pace for every body , no one can do any thing about it.

I guess , after watching the new promo of Arjun celebrating Maya's birthday , that since this is some thing no man has ever done for Maya , she'll start thinking that may be Arjun also harbors some feelings for her so she'll take the plunge and once the crashing truth is revealed that she misunderstood Arjun's kindness sweetness and friendship for some thing else altogether , she'll decide to end her life because she has already been emotionally scarred and broken beyond belief by her monster father .

I guess once Arjun sees Maya on the brink of life and death and he saves her once again , he'll start becoming protective and falling in love.
