They butchered Maya twice. We all know Maya wasn't promised to be a saint.

Maya Mehothra turned into a sociopathic vamp after the 3 year leap instead of "healing" from the support she got from Arjun

Maya Jaisingh turned into a cold blooded murderer with no remorse and lacks empathy. Usually a miscarriage causes a person to have a lot of empathy. Like even Maya Mehothra promised she wouldn't kill someone's child because she herself suffered a miscarriage from Vandana ma accidentally pushing her down a flight of stairs. And then come to find out Maya Jaisingh used Vikram for his money to get back at MJ. Like this stuff makes you lose empathy for the character and then it makes you go "oh typical vamp" like if they showed Vikram abusing Maanvi and Maanvi fleeing and then BECOMING Maya, a lot of folks would empathize with that.

I don't know what the CVS planned for her , they took lot or risks with Maya character and they still keep taking risks. Affair with MJ can be let go considering MJ psychonature then there is Rishi , that hurt a lot because i did like Rishi in his innocence and Maya killed him using it but fine I get that too she was obessesed with revenge.

But this twist is like more things against her rather than for her , we get it she was abused ,almost killed and lost most of her family so if she brought the wrath at MJ, Diya , Antara then she could be justified instead it is Vikram ,Rishi and Rudra who is getting caught in the cross fires that just doesn't make sense

Yes, if that's the case she would be sympathized, then the question is why would you keep his surname of the abuser? and accept his mannerisms, worship Krishna and recite Geeta? May be will reveal in later episodes.

Writers are making a mockery of portraying some psycho obsessive lover who is Vikram used to read and recite Divine scripture Geeta. Seriously??

Vikram might be a psycho ex but that can’t change the fact that she used him back then.

Maya’s character was totally butchered for me the day she fell in love with Rudra. It so go against her killing one brother for revenge and falling in love with another. What kind of selective revenge is this?

After last night episode I was angry on Maya thinking that she used Vikram and I trusted on this Vikku guy too much

Now after thinking calmly for a while I noticed few things

Vikku was obsessed with Manvi since the day he saved her and when he gave her the name 'Maya' saying those weird dialogues ( Maya ko sirf mai jeet sakta hun) he literally sounded like a CREEP

At first Manvi just didn't reveal her true identity to him so that she could take revenge from MJ. She was not planning to trap him in her love or something like that

But the guy was already lusting/ obsessed with her

And I think in the precap it was in the past when Manvi just considered him as a friend/guide/ savior he was obsessed with her and tried to force himself upon her( giving excuse of his Beintehan one sided love) and that's what triggered the Maya in Manvi who couldn't tolerate someone playing with her 'IZZAT' once again ( look at her expression change) and that's when she decided to destroy this obsessive lover boy

Phewww hope I made some sense

I never sympathize or empathize with Maya, for me she is a murderer, yes when she can kill innocent person for her revenge, using another person is nothing for her, she trapped innocent rishi n manipulated him to kill him, next is rudra, but unexpectedly she fell in love with him, so that guy escaped from his death bed, even if this vikram guy is psycho n obsessed with her, the truth is she still used him for her revenge

I still can't believe that if Maya betrayed him she doesn't deserve sympathy, if she didn't betray him she deserver sympathy what logic is this, is betrayal a big crime than killing.
