Was Maya raped?

Looking at precap I assume Maya was initially raped or an attempt to rape her was made. Maybe MJ was a casanova, he didn't got successful in first attempt so he switched his plan and behaved so nicely that Maya fall in love with him. He used her and then threw her out like a garbage and made an attempt to kill her.

The fb scenes in the early episodes looked consensual

If she was raped will she act so crazy for the child

any sane woman will throw a child born out of rape

maya is crazy after that child from MJ

so i doubt its rape

Maya was loud n clear when she said multiple times she was in love. And it’s later she realised that man was a monster. MJ tricked her into falling in love. He didn rape her.

a 45-47 year old man is obviously married and has kids (10 years back rudra is 20 so daddy should be 45 atleast more actually)

even if he never says woman should assume and stay away from such men

This is why it would seem inaccurate if they show MJ harassing Manvi at her workplace and her being an unwilling participant.Can a 21 year old girl fall for an older man? Of course she can. But the problem here is that the man in question is a happily married man(in front of the world) with a couple of kids.Why would any sensible girl in her right mind willingly fall in love with such a man no matter how charming he is? Moreover we saw Maya visiting the Roy house in the FBs and meeting Antara.Why would she enter into a relationship with another woman's husband?

What MJ did to Maya cannot be justified under any circumstances but if she did have an affair with MJ willingly despite knowing about his marital status then that will count as one of her major flaws

it's not as simple as "you don't get involved" you fail to realize the POWER struggle there is. So yes Maya was wrong, but did she deserve to lose her innocence when MJ could've backed away? MJ has like two wives and he doesn't get called perverted. But Maya gets the short end of the stick? Maya was what? 21? At TWENTY ONE years old you don't know relationship boundaries. You're prone to be easily deceived by older men. Older men choose to go after younger people since they are super gullible. And it's a shame there's a lack of empathy for young people being abused by MEN in POWER. This kind of toxic mentality makes it hard for YOUNG people to come out and speak out against inappropriate encounters.

girls don't need to be careful. Girls are allowed to have crushes on older men. HOWEVER, they aren't allowed to act on it.

This doesn't mean it's solely her fault. Married MEN with power need to NOT reciprocate the same feelings back towards YOUNGER girls or boys.

If you have been brought up in india you know its impossible to avoid harassment by men on roads, school, college or office

Like if you are standing alone in road even in afternoon men approach on bikes, cars and pass comments etc and others standing around stay silent

In school male teachers too abuse their powers and trouble girls

I am not sure of office but i have heard and read how manager and bosses trouble girls under them by threatening to throw them out of job etc

And law is not at all helpful, other than your immediate family no one cares or supports anyways

So what should a girl do? Be careful very very careful thats all i am saying

Have you heard one case of a woman complaining of harassment at work place and that man gone to jail ever in india, nooo. Have you heard any teacher or lecturer in jail for abusing girls nooo. People may think i am advocating running off like coward and avoiding problems but from what i have seen till today i think thats best. I want maya to throw resignation on Mj face and run off second day that he dashes her in cafeteria ok. Any intelligent girl in india or asia shall do that only. This is not USA/UK that government, law and society will support women. Even there with so much support clinton, harvey weinstein all played with women for 30-40 years.
