Agreed, she did look like a lost puppy who got kicked in its gut when she realised that the guy doesn't love her (basically looked too naive, like a college girl) and since money was thrown on her face, it's either because she was struggling for work or she didn't work (as in was still in college)

If someone else invests, Rudra is more independent and can even buy a house for himself and turn up once a week to meet the rest of the family. And Rudra won't think for a second if he has to choose between sharing the roof with MJ or running away.

Also, if Rudra goes independent, it will inspire Rishi to choose something else for himself that is not MJ's business, or doesn't require MJ at all (basically, grow a spine)

He'll lose both his kids in the hindsight.

And also MJ is rich and can't let it slide that his son doesn't consider asking his help, that prics his ego.

MJ is simply the devil in disguise ....Rudra is indeed his weakness as MJ is unable to control him ...Rudra is a rebel and he isn't afraid of MJ ....he voices his opinions clear and loud... that's why MJ has chosen Ananya as his future DIL not because the latter is best choice for Rudra but she is the best choice for MJ ....he is in her good book and MJ thinks he ll control Rudra through Ananya.

In yday epi he is completely against anybody who ll come between him and Rudra...he wants to be in control of Rudra's life ....but he is unaware that Maya is already there.

Must say Ashish is adding an extra flavor to MJ character ....he hasn't been introduced as the pure devil till now but it has its impact already ....he is pretty sharp and quick to deduct anomalies....he has that aura around his character.
