Give up would be a too strong word to use.

We all are voting in huge numbers to show our appreciation of the cast and show. Also a sign that we want them back!

However the last 2 weeks have been emotionally exhausting and no one really wants to have ColorsTv involved again.

Isn't every show bound by a contract with some lock in period ??

The same goes for artists who have clauses written in black and white.

Those who have regular viewers of colors know that they are infamous and notorious in changing time slots, even ekta's Naagin has been cancelled bcos of some award functions and her week show was also subject to change in TL. I believe the creator's wife who is there with the channel for two years knows about this ??

The rift or slip between the lip and the cup isn't a recent development, it went beyond repair now. If trp was to be blamed then for the entire 8.5 mnths, avg trp isnt right bcos we got BP at 9.40, 9.16, 9.50, 10.40, 10.50, 10.55 pm, Silsila also has a similar story to tell bcos it was right after BP but the producers are old and they kknow to handle the channel, Silsila writers changed the entire plot. Something which BP creatives did not do.

The first promo to air was Ali Baba and 40 thieves, i called colors customer service a mnth ago, when i asked off air,.they said cant comment but change in TL, leads come to announce. Which they have done already

It is like a tradition for colors to shift shows with issues to 6pm time slots, i think it was rejected.

Voot option was given to the cast long time ago, which was rejected , there is a post on this forum on this subject. This is much before Voot became news on SM. Yes in this case Apurva and Rajeshji indirectly hinted at the leads, so it is possible that both of them did not agree and ph also supported them.

Coming to cost related issues, there is one more soap with the same ph. That is doing okay now, however there was a time when the leads of that show were kept hanging in air, they were asked to leave, the kids track continued and again the Fl was brought back with a new ML. The way we are blaming the channel, ph was blamed in the same manner by those who followed this serial. Ph had their own issues to deal with.

Yes, creatives closed each and every loose end, this was told to be a finite series with Poosh's death as climax which Anjana took on herself and revealed everything.

Fans in mumbai ?? I do not know how many were just Maya fans who are waiting for anothet Maya, these guys have left the show long time back, yes they visit the ph but no one is interested in going to the channel. As far as Jenshad is concerned they should move on with better projects. Yes, if Aniruddh decides to do a amazon prime original based on Bepannaah with Jenshad that will be better.

What fans really want right now is the return of the trio, Ani sir and JenShad collaboration will be anticipated by all. The platform is not important but perhaps a finite series of 50 to 100 episodes will do.

Leaving aside the crackling chemistry these guys know craftmanship and are real artists the fact that they did not bow down to claustrophobic creative atmosphere created by Colors should be applauded. But what pains is that they were ready to compromise to a certain extent and the last insensible track is a proof of it yet the channel acted ruthless. The best counter to this vulgar display of power shold be the return of the trio with a bang.

Channel was playing with show since first leap. If you look at it, then leap was sudden back then. But the major change took place with Arshad track. He was for 15 days only but got dragged to 1.5 month. And just when story had started, off air news came.

Voot was for 2 months only and Harsh's death was a major blow. It changed a lot of things. Anirudhh sir has clearly mentioned about show's essence and it was under threat for sure. Silsila is a proof of how essence of a show can be competely ruined. Silsila was about something else and not just about in and out EMA as they showed.

Other show about whivh you are talking about is Yeh teri galiyaan. Whatever the issues, it is doing good now.

It's good that PH tried to do justice to the show with whatever they had. BP is done now. There is no scope of season 2 to this version since romance and thrill was the main element and thrill part has ended.

Ani sir has to come up with a new story if Jenshad have to be cast again if at all that is happening. Beyhadh with jenny playing Maya's daughter and Harshad playing opposite her as equally strong character can be a good idea.

Beyhadh 1 is done too with 3 seasons and Maya dying. So, old cast can't come but the show left way for new story.

This channel surely did the major damage. New shows could have waited till BB end but they wanted to axe it already. Differences were for a long time it's only now they are out in open with PH deciding to step down and not bow further to this channel's demands.

Beyhadh is a different story, the creator of that show is doing Manmohini and if he thinking of a period drama as mentioned in his interview and this really takes off with JW then Beyhadh and Bepannaah have no scope even if they bring a new concept altogether.

Bepannaah is lucky that the essence of the show was maintained, Salim and Anarkali's love saga , if one sees the promos, man bai has entered, this is Emperor Jehangir's story. They are writing their own history, there was another period drama too which was messed up. Kasam got so many leaps that if one counts the years , a 55 yr old was romancing a 25 yr kid..

Out here even after the leap, it was still okay. 3rd angle episodes weren't bad but every track had farewells from the fans. Colors have literally ripped off stories, it did not go this far here.

But it is in the past now, for the creatives or actors all they will have to look is new projects. An actor should not be a one film , one hit wonder, the same goes for tv stars. They should move on.
