So beautifully he described the phenomenon this show created. So, right about the fact that it's like first love feeling, which can't be recreated again no matter what. First times are always special & that's what BP was for the entire 8 months. It was beautiful with those little nuances.

He created a masterpiece!!!! For this i will forever be grateful to him.

His post gave me closure for sure. There is no way that a season 2 or an extension happening after reading this post. Very aptly describes each and every feeling about the show. It's like that first crush and that first heart break. You revel into it when it's there and get crushed when it's over. I understand his predicament. The channel never respected his show. They tried to meddel with the storyline and tried to make it just like any other ITV saga. He tried for 8 months to keep it sane. And do the show with integrity and dignity. But ITV is ruthless. They don't give a rat's ass about any show and trps rule the roost. The problem with ITV is that it's very regressive or its very OTT. There is nothing in between nothing close to real life. And that's why it suffered badly. Indian audience don't want reality or flawed characters. They want excessive drama that's it. I am happy that he chose to wrap it up instead of stooping to the channels level and compromise on his product. Needless to say he will not work with this channel anymore. I just hope that the trio of jenshad and ani come back with a bang in some other show and on some other channel.

Huge respect for this man. It's no surprise why the show ended, berangu wanted to destroy the essence of the story by demanding things which would have turned Bepannaah into a typical ITV drama. But Anirudh sir didn't want to compromise on his story anymore and wouldn't have been able to maintain the essence any longer if he gives in to channel's ideas. So he chose to give the story a closure instead of allowing it to enter the death zone. I believe this is the reason why voot option didn't go forward. Berangu still wouldn't have let Ani sir to show the story how he wanted to. The reason why voot was agreed before was probably because PH were relieved thinking now channel won't interfere with the story, we can move the show forward how we had planned to. Anyways I hope the trio Anirudh, Jennifer and harshad come back together with a bang on a good channel.

Gosh! This gave me some sort of hope. Please come back soon with Jen-HC on a sensible channel.

Injustice was done to him - what a beautiful story he curated and Colors just had to come in and ruin everything. My heart goes out to him and the amazing cast + crew who helped bring his vision to life. I hope that whenever everyone bounces back, they don't with Colors and sign with a channel that actually respects them enough to let them complete the story they signed on for.

Most beautifully written post by the main man. His explanations brought me back on here just to get that closure finally.

No more compromises, no more bullshit from Colors' demands and no more pressures.

He will come back with another love story and this time it'll blow the roof off!
