I don't understand what do indians mean by the word secular. Many bollywood 'muslim' actors who married outside the faith are not raising their children as Muslim.

Arshad Warsi children are more christian, same with Shahrukh Khan and others. They are avoiding their children to be raised as Muslim. And instead raising them agnostic shows the reality of Muslims in india.

Like I said in other comment I have the bible here on my disk and I read in it many times I had courses about Christianty so I studied Christianty and know about the similarity and differences between Bible and Quraan

@Bold happening often. But of course every individual interprets and follows religion in their own way. So the key is to not interfere and respect everyone's way of living, even when it does not resonate with what you believe. To each his/her own. Coming to Zoya as someone put she is born in islam, but may be does not follow it religiously.

This post is out of the topic . The TM asked about Zoya's action not about how indian muslims are living here. I have seen many ppl in my circle who got converted to islam after marrying muslim man. Bollywood is not the representation of whole india or representation of indian muslims. They are actors who also have personal life no one can question on the way they raise their children.
