I knew it. Arshad ko toh Zoya ki ankhon ka pyar aapney liye dikhta tha. He is a delusional character ...pumped up by Waseem.

CVs could not ruin Bepannah by making Arshad mahan. Zoya is a strong spirited girl and had to step up and make the announcement herself.
