These laws are soo confusing.. I have been doing a lot of reading and enquiry about Islamic laws and some say halala is required and some say it is not.. zain and aaliya does not have to go through halala cos they are divorced just once.. and to get back all they have to do is a new nikah and a new mehr...

So my question is are they really showing the real deal or other. cos frankly speaking even muslims are confused what to say...😕

What I do not understand is why are CVS so hell bent on HALALA...if TALAAQ procedure was wrong and misplaced...

First of all in Sharia, halala is done when a husband gives 3 talaq to his wife at a regular period of time. In the show Zain gave Aliya all her 3 talaq and by doing so according to Islam Aliya becomes haraam for him and that's the truth... but the question which arises is that Zain didn't want Aliya in his life and that's why he gave her all 3 talaqs at interval time without having any doubts in his mind and now he wants her back... Beintehaa is a show and I don't have much expectation that it will go according to islamic rules but the fact remain the same that Halala is done when idiots husbands give talaq to their wives without thinking...because talaq is not a game, it's a serious matter between husbands and wives and they should think more than twice before doing so.
