To answer ur other question... Yes u r right aaliya has suffered a lot and we wouldn't like to hurt her more. But if u leave Aliya alone and talk about the rules then the rule is two fold. 1st it really pains the first husband to c his old wife with another man and surely just for that many divorces never happen... Secondly it gives the girl a chance to be with another man. In the show surely we r all for zayn and aaliya but in the real world hardly any girl goes back to the first husband. They chose the life they never knew existed.
And sorry for any harsh words from me as well.
As for the show hopefully the divorce will turn out to b a false one and all will b cool eventually.
